Family-friendly holiday rentals in Brookhaven

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Andreas’s place was everything it described and then some. It was modern, nicely air conditioned and had 4 amazing bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The kitchen was functional and open to the dinning area. It had a lovely wrap around porch in front and patio in back with grill, hot tub and outside seating. As well as two lounge chairs. It was only a short drive into Sag Harbor yet it was in its own little neighborhood were we could walk 6 minutes to a private beach!

We had a fantastic girls weekend in Southampton and loved Anthony's cottage. It was so beautifully decorated and cozy. We throughly enjoyed mornings with coffee and books in the sun room.

Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in David and Claires beautiful house in Bellport. Such a nice place and perfekt location for daily trips by the coast with stops on the way out to the Hamptons. Or a daytrip to the city, close enough. Nice and quiet location, the house is very cosy and a lot of space for a bigger family or perfect for family reunion. We loved the ping pong table and other activitites as the pool, jacuzzi and the outdoors. If the weather had been better we would have used the facilities outside more for sure. We would love to come back to the house again. David and Claire are excellent hosts, very helpful and quick at responding.

Fantastic absolutely amazing experience. Jaime was beyond great when it came to professionalism and kindness and responsiveness. Super clean beautiful apartment didn’t miss a trick when it came to anything you might need. This was a top-notch experience. Amazing customer service, beautiful location. Beautiful pool and spa overlooking the ocean We will definitely be back.

This was one of the most thoughtful airbnb experiences I have ever had. The attention to detail was extraordinary. Cindy provided everything you could need -- a perfectly stocked kitchen, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, first aid, yard games, pool floats etc. The house was just as charming -- if not more charming -- than the pictures. Super private but also great location with proximity to a CVS, grocery store and main street in East Hampton. Cindy was also very communicative and laid everything out super clearly with great recommendations etc. We are already planning our next trip!

Hi, we had a great stay with plenty of space for all of us. We all loved the fresh flowers on the living room table. The roses were a beautiful touch! The place was very clean to which my mother-in-law said it at least 4 times a day! LOL The bedrooms were set up so neatly when we arrived (very impressive). The kitchen had all the necessary utensils we needed and more. Great weekend! Thank you.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! Checking in was a breeze and Jennifer the host was welcoming and super friendly! We stayed with our 8 year old daughter and we had plenty of space for all of us. My daughter loved the pull out bed and felt right at home. Every room was equipped with anything we may need, plus many extras! One of the best parts was that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, ect so we did not have to bring any. We were close to the beaches, restaurants and train station which we utilized going to NYC for a day. We traveled to attend a concert at Jones Beach and we were so happy with how close it was to the home. Everything was perfect, we wished we could’ve stayed longer and would love to return! Jennifer was the best host!

I had a very nice stay at the Rex. It is dog friendly and very clean. Although my space was private, there are other rentals nearby and it had a camp like feel. I would stay there again if need be.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

Had an amazing stay with my business partner. Farms around the area and proximity to multiple Hampton towns was ideal(5 mins from Southampton). Great stay, 10/10 recommend.

This was my second time staying in Paris' cottage and it was just as charming and lovely as the first time. The cottage is set back from the road, nestled in a charming neighborhood. It's a very comfortable, quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful view and privacy. The center of Sag Harbor - with shops, restaurants and a sweet movie theater - are all walking distance from the cottage! Thank you for another great stay, Paris!

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Located conveniently close to the North Ferry. It’s above the local bookshop and has a wonderful balcony overlooking the town. Beds were comfortable, showers got nice and hot with good water pressure and couches were comfortable as well. There is also a great coffee shop right across the street. We loved our stay here and we are looking forward to booking again in the future. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Very nice and accommodating host. I loved the fenced in yard and so did my toddler/dogs. The place is actually better then the photos. Will happily return in the future.

Michaels place was absolutely amazing. The location was fantastic and was only a short walk into the main part of town, but it was such a lovely neighbourhood and quiet. The place was exactly as described and was perfect for us. Michael made sure we had settled in and gave us plenty of recommendations, which were great! We’d come back in a heartbeat and stay here. Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect for our girls weekend. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Laurie’s house and there’s obviously a reason we keep coming back. Can’t wait to go again.

Wendy’s house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Her instructions were clear and her responsiveness immediate. We would absolutely consider staying there again.

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

Christine's place was nice and clean! We especially loved the fire pit and the pool. Upon arrival of the AirBNB Christine was waiting to meet us and show us around. This was something that was new to me in my AirBNB experience, but it was honestly so nice and so was she! Christine let me know that I could communicate with her for anything that was needed and asked for recommendations to make her place better. This place was so well-equipped, close to everything and it comfortably fit me and my 6 other friends! I would definitely book again with Christine.

John was a perfect host! Friendly, responsive and made us feel welcome. I took my 9 year old son and we had a great time fishing off the dock and kayaking. The kitchenette is lacking if you want to cook any meals but it didn’t matter in our case. Absolutely beautiful location!
