A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Greg was an excellent host! He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The house was clean and a perfect fit for our family. The location was also great and easy to walk to town from! Highly recommend and will come back if we find ourselves in Fairfield again.

This place is a slice of Fire Island history. We had people stop us and ask about the house. Steps from the beach, you can hear the ocean at night. Very much tucked away. Full kitchen and fast hot water. It was a little cold even though we went in May. Bring layers if you go before the hot months. The upper deck is a dream, and Robert was kind, responsive, and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at Nathalia’s beautiful home for our couple’s weekend getaway. The house is thoughtfully renovated with stylish finishes, comfortable spaces, and plenty of room to relax and connect. It’s clear a lot of love went into making the space welcoming and cozy. Nathalia was a responsive and gracious host throughout the entire process. Communication was easy, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Amazing, super clean, immaculate home. From goodies/food/drinks left for us to the squeaky cleanliness of the home we found it worth 10 stars!!! Jon's hospitality as a host was nothing short of amazing!! Perfect for SHU or Fairfield families staying in the area. Hope to visit again.

Amazing Backyard, Very Cozy Home, Very Clean, Nice Decorations, and Easy To Follow Instructions. We had a great time relaxing here and felt right at home. It was also a bonus we were able to bring our dog. He had plenty of room to run, play, and relax as well. Would highly recommend.

Great spot in Hampton Bays! The house was as described and in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Super close drive to the beach and a couple of local restaurants and eateries. Loved how private the spot felt too! David’s done a wonderful job with the backyard, so you get the comfort of having close neighbors without the intrusiveness. Pool was awesome. We definitely enjoyed it!

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was wonderful. Great for couples or families. We enjoyed the spacious house and beautiful pool. Everything was top notch. Adam was extremely responsive and helpful. Jesse was also quick to come by for anything that we needed. (I ran out of laundry detergent with so many kids 🤣) I would absolutely rent this house again - and plan to do so soon. The town was adorable and easy to walk, but nothing beats knowing you have proactive and welcoming hosts ensuring a great stay. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Lovely place in a great location, walkable to the ocean and main street restaurants. We felt very welcomed, she even left some toys for our dog which was very sweet. Proactive communication as well. Overall I would recommend Ashley's place and would stay there again.

Super clean and cute. Upgrades galore. From the bathroom sink to the shower design it was really pretty. Easily temperature controlled and I felt safe in the location too. Private yard space was perfect and walking distance to mamas delicious food. Definitely recommend for a couple or one traveler. Felt like home away from home for a few days.

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

Such a cute little studio walking distance from lots of restaurants and a comedy club! The giant window is what drew me to this listing and it was even more gorgeous in person! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and clean. Really loved the tall ceilings as well. The gifted cookies upon arrival were such a sweet touch that I really enjoyed. The noise level was of no concern to me but they do provide earplugs for those that may be sensitive sleepers. Overall, cute and comfy place to stay. Definitely can recommend this listing!!

Frank went out of his way to resolve an unpredictable issue caused by harsh weather, including driving hours in the middle of the night to assist. The house is beautiful and the place very peaceful.

One of the best air bnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying. Was even more comfortable, spacious and well appointed than the photos portray. Walking distance to the three villages historic museum and so close to port Jeff and the university. Everything we needed and more, and Lise was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Stayed with two small dogs , so easy. Love this historic home!
