Townhome holiday rentals in Brookhaven

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

We recently stayed at Lexia's place and found it to be a comfortable and cozy option with everything one might need for a pleasant stay. Lexia was also very friendly and responsive throughout the process. One thing to note is that the neighbourhood is located quite a distance from the city center, so it's something to keep in mind for transportation.

Bobby was great! Very friendly and responsive. He lives downstairs so that was nice to know that he was there if we needed anything. The location was great. Very close to the beach & boardwalk which were both very clean and felt safe. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is a large flight of stairs to climb when you get into the unit, which was fine for us but would be difficult for anyone with a stroller or physical disability. We would definitely stay again though and had a great time. Thank you, Bobby!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Litza's place was a home away from home - very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more!). We appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment, including the comprehensive guide to the neighborhood and all the things needed when traveling with a toddler. The street is very peaceful (especially for NYC) but just a few blocks away from many great bars and restaurants. It was also close to public transportation so it was convenient to travel to other parts of Queens and into Manhattan. We felt very safe in the area. While the stay felt private, we were also warmly welcomed by Litza and her family. Would love to stay again!

The place was great! Leecia welcomed us, explained everything and gave tips for the area. You can reach the next train in about 10 minutes and be in Manhattan in about 30-40 minutes. You couldn't lock the door to the room from the outside, but we didn't mind. Eggs in Leecia's description - they are busy with their own life. Personally, the bed was a bit too hard, but that's always a matter of taste. The fact is, you don't get the same size or helpfulness for the same money as there! An absolute recommendation!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

It was a pleasure to be able to stay somewhere so conveniently located with all the family whilst out in New York. It was well set up to be a home base and made our visit so much easier by being well maintained and stocked with all the essentials! The house was perfectly situated for our needs particularly for the cathedral Transport links were plentiful Having the whole family and more under one roof to celebrate the wedding was a delight Elizabeth was a dream host very responsive Offered many recommendations of eateries and entertainment venues in the near vicinity Thank you for your recommendation of caterers and florists to help with the organisation for the pre wedding dinner Just wonderful all round Looking forward to staying with you again

Beautiful and spacious property that our large group enjoyed for four nights. A very nicely decorated space with plenty of room to have meals and relax after a long day the city. Bowen and Vanessa were helpful and friendly with replying to questions I had in exploring a new area of Brooklyn. Couples and large groups would appreciate this fun and eclectic space.

Loved the place. The pool table was so fun. The kitchen was nice and clean, with cooking oil and seasonings provided, though the power of the stove was a bit on the low side. Street parking can be quite limited. Pretty quiet neighborhood, which was good. Only one room has AC, another has a fan, and the small room has no fan or AC, which is something to be taken into consideration. Overall, it was an awesome place. The hostess was very friendly and responsive on the chat.

Antonella’s place was great! Beautiful brownstone Brooklyn, short walk to prospect park and easy subway into manhattan. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. She was super responsive and helpful even after we checked out and realized our kiddo left a stuffy! Would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I were visiting from out of town to catch a show on Broadway. This place isn't far from the subway. Lisa had clear instructions on how to access the place. This place was cleaned and has everything we needed. The backyard was beautiful, too bad it rained. I would stay at this place again.

We stayed at John’s guest apartment as a family of two adults and two kids under 10. The apartment is the ground and basement floors of a beautiful brownstone on a lovely street in a great area of Brooklyn. John was a gracious and informative host, gave us great recommendations and made us feel safe and welcome. The air conditioning was a real bonus in the summer heat wave while we were there as was the coolness from being on the ground and basement floors. The apartment is not too sunny because of that which helps with sleeping in. There are two couches in the basement that were set up as beds for the kids, and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the back garden which was lush and lovely and the master bath has a bathtub which helps with kids. Overall, it was a great stay, we can’t wait to return!

Akuvi's home was very clean, well- stocked and a great size for our group of 5 while we were in town for my sons college graduation. A great value alternative to limited hotels in the area. Super convenient location to both campus in Bronxville and NYC. thanks for your hospitality, Akuvi!

Good location and great spot!

We loved this property and stay and the start and end of our 3 week USA Trip. The house is amazing and the close proximity of shops and the subway station was amazing.
