This is an unimaginably beautiful setting. The guest house is cozy and romantic with full access to the properties amenities. The view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. Red Rocks is 10 min away, mountain biking and hiking are across the street and there are several cute towns in either direction. Even if it rains the whole time you're there the view from the guest house bed is worth the trip.

Had a great time at the cabin. If you want a peaceful place to relax then look no further. Great “Cabin in the mountains” vibe. Wayne was super helpful with anything that came up. Great host and a great place to stay! Had all the amenities that make it modern but the feel of really being out there which was what we wanted.

The cabin is as advertised. Pleasant surroundings, simple and cozy. The views are spectacular and the hot tub was very enjoyable. We'd very much like to try it again. Everyone was very kind to speak to when communicating with the host.

My partner and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay! The schoolhouse is very cozy, with beautiful views, and the baby sheep were adorable and so fun to watch. Caroline was very responsive and kind! I’d recommend their place to anyone in a heartbeat.

Oh my, if you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded stay, you’re in for a treat! The noise of the world was quieted in this pristine location, surrounded by rolling hills, pastures, a big open sky, and farm animals. Don’t expect to find much to do in the area, this is simply a retreat, away from the busyness of life. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here, particularly the quiet mornings on the porch overlooking the beauty and the evenings in the hot tub watching stars and being surrounded by almost complete darkness. We had a lovely chat with Kevin the first morning that we were there - he is very authentic, kind, thoughtful, and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate returning to this gem!

The cabin was beautiful! Exactly as pictured. The area was private and peaceful . We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the peaceful, private weekend getaway we were looking for. It was totally secluded and the cows and horses roaming around were really cool. We used the fire pit and the wood stove inside the cabin - really great that they provide wood. You'll definitely want a higher clearance vehicle for the drive - my SUV had no trouble, even after heavy rains. And make sure to follow the written directions that Carla provides - your GPS will totally try to take to to a different road.

This cabin was absolutely wonderful! The privacy is unmatched. The view of the river and mountains were breath taking. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. Whether you are a nature lover or just trying to get away from the city it is the perfect place to go. We kayaked and paddle boated 2 out of our 4 night stay. It was a blast. We were able to fish right off the bank and also from the kayak and paddle boat. We caught a few bass and blue gill. We did not encounter another human while on the river or property and that made it even better. Just us and nature. Make sure you bring quarters for the old soda machine! If going to town, eat the biscuits and gravy at the Mercantile Cafe and stop by Arrow 6 for some delicious coffee and muffins. Everyone in the town was so kind and friendly. Todd the host was wonderful as well! Quick on his responses and checking in with you before and after your stay. The cabin was very clean and had everything you needed plus some.

Beautiful little house just a minute off the freeway. Couldn’t ask for better!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin! The setting is peaceful and scenic, just a short walk to a crystal clear creek, perfect for fishing and swimming. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We especially loved spending time on the deck each day, enjoying our morning coffee, watching the sunsets, spotting wildlife, and just soaking in the tranquility. The location is ideal, close to trails, parks, and town. Mountain View had everything we needed and more. We were warmly welcomed by friendly locals and even got to enjoy some hometown bluegrass jams in the park with ice cream in hand. It was a perfect place to reconnect and make up for lost time with my best friend and partner.

This is a can’t miss stay! The view is even more stunning in person and the location is easily accessible in a beautiful neighborhood and close to many parks. Dana and Jack were so welcoming to their beautiful space and I’m very grateful to them opening up their home to us

Absolutely worth checking this place out. Quintessential WNC, down to the fireflies peppering the field below. Very beautifully styled home with unique spaces to enjoy where you are.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. As tennis players, we really enjoyed hitting on the private tennis court a few steps from our door. The place was a perfect stop for us on a roadtrip, offering a comfortable, pet friendly stay in a quiet area close to restaurants and activities in Fayetteville. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone staying in the area.

Fantastic job it hope with impressive decore and peaceful place to sit in the evening and mornings looking at a fantastic view. It was impressive to see all the little accents, like the door design, and building design. Bed was a comfortable firm foam mattress. Directions were clear and as described. Loved the LOTR maps. Very memorable and peaceful time for my husband and I.

The place is wonderful; we felt very comfortable. It's exactly like the photos; everything is very cozy. John is excellent, very attentive, explains everything very well, and responds very quickly. Without a doubt, the best place to relax and be at peace with your partner. Super private. I highly recommend it and will return very soon.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made the entire process so smooth and welcoming. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into maintaining the property, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight for us –crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and surrounded by a peaceful, private setting. We spent hours relaxing and soaking up the sun. And just steps away, the beach was breathtaking. Clear water, lots of sea shells and we were the only ones on the beach everyday. This trip was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in a beautiful location with incredible hosts, this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house with lovely amenities. We’ve stayed a few times at this location over the last five years and it’s still well maintained. Would stay again.

This place was exactly as described and in the pictures. The availability of not one but two pools, hot tub, cafe on site and Tiki bar on site was definitely what made our stay extra relaxing. Check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow.

We recently stayed at Tina's and had a great time. The location is secluded, incredibly peaceful and quiet — all you can hear are the birds in the morning. The home itself is clean and looks just like the photos. We also loved that we could bring our dog along with us. We live in the city so our pup doesn't get to touch much grass, and he had a blast running through the fenced-in yard. Although we originally booked because the house has a pool and we were hoping for good weather, it rained almost the entire time we were there... Nonetheless, it felt like the coziest home for a rainy weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting inside by the fire to watch a movie, cooking in the kitchen and building a fire outside when the rain stopped. The location was also great for driving into Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Hudson and surrounding breweries and wineries.

The treehouse was amazing!! A one of a kind place that really felt special. A great place to stay if you're trying to visit Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park!!

David and Janet were the absolute best hosts and could not have been more accommodating. We arrived, got settled in and before we knew it Janet was showing the kids the animals on the property. They had 2 donkeys, 2 goats, chickens, a friendly dog and one rather large family cat, lol. David introduced us to carpet ball which we loved. David and Janet had a huge pool we were able to enjoy with tons of pool toys. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. We were in GA for 4 days and our only regret was we couldn’t stay all 4 days there! For sure will be back. 

My wife and I had an amazing time! Very private in a gorgeous setting. Sandra and Peter are wonderful hosts! Highly recommend this place!
