Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brookhaven

We have stayed in many Airbnb's and this was in my family's top 3 so far. Vivia thought of everything from snacks for us when we arrived, to food and activity recommendations, to instructions for everything in and around the house. The place smelled good, felt clean, and was stocked with anything you could need to cook with. The location is private, secure, and incredibly well decorated. The ferry to New London was about an hour away and La Guardia was an easy drive of about an hour as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the place to friends as well.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

what can i say, Daniels place was fun! there was so many things to do so many activities, Beautiful home, Very clean. Jacuzzi & hot tub was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook, Great appliances everything worked perfectly and we didn’t need to go anywhere. Living was absolutely comfortable! We felt right at home. With a huge TV and surround sound system we watched multiple movies <3 Game room was lots of fun! Everything was clean, if you brought your family here you would not regret it! Thank you so much for having us and we hope to see it again soon! :)

We had a great time in David and Claires beautiful house in Bellport. Such a nice place and perfekt location for daily trips by the coast with stops on the way out to the Hamptons. Or a daytrip to the city, close enough. Nice and quiet location, the house is very cosy and a lot of space for a bigger family or perfect for family reunion. We loved the ping pong table and other activitites as the pool, jacuzzi and the outdoors. If the weather had been better we would have used the facilities outside more for sure. We would love to come back to the house again. David and Claire are excellent hosts, very helpful and quick at responding.

We needed to get in a half hour early just to make sure we were dressed and ready for a nearby wedding. Juan could not have been more helpful or accommodating. House is very clean, as pictured, and is very nicely decorated.

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

Was in town for a wedding and spent the weekend at Louis' place. He was a great host, very responsive whenever I reached out to him with a question / recommendation. The place was very clean and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Ahmet’s apartment is spacious and bright, the host is incredibly kind, responds promptly, and shows great generosity in hospitality.Definitely coming back!

This was the perfect spot for an overnight trip! The apartment was clean & stocked with everything you might need during the stay. Parking was available right down the street & it was within walking distance to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater!

Paris is a wonderful host. His property and cottage is a perfect retreat for two. Charming accommodations with a beautiful view and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back soon! Angelo C.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house was bright, clean, and full of positive energy. One of the highlights was the beautiful deck right on the canal – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Inside, everything was thoughtfully arranged, with clear notes and instructions that made our stay smooth and easy. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect home base, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Such a great stay at this lakeside spot in Bridgeport! The place was very modern and beautifully designed. Everything felt fresh and up to date. The lake view was amazing, and we enjoyed hanging out outside by the water. It was perfect for our large family and worked out well for our long stay while our house was being fixed. It felt nice and private, but still so close to everything we needed. Daymane was a great host—friendly and easy to stay in touch with the whole time. Would def stay here again!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional home that exceeded all my expectations. The house was clean and well-kept. It felt like stepping into a brand new space. The backyard is a standout feature, offering a fantastic oasis for families. The pool is perfect for kids, Additionally, there's a well-equipped playground that kept the little ones entertained, along with a variety of toys that made it feel like a true home away from home. The office space was a welcomed surprise. It features a comfortable desk and ample natural light Overall, this house is a gem, perfectly blending comfort, fun, and functionality. Niraj was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. The place was very clean and included everything you’d need including extra blankets and towels. Niraj provided us complimentary late checkout and was kind when we were there even past our late checkout time as we were still packing up the car.
