Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bergen

We had a great time in the cottage in Schoorl! It is exactly big enough for two people and really everything is present. We also liked the outdoor area very much, in the evening there is exactly sun under the canopy so we could eat there nicely.

We stayed four nights at this place with a family of five people. The location was very nice to explore the area and close to nice cities and the beach. The house is very well equipped. As described before the stairs are not very comfortable with children and you can hear every noise. But the host provided a baby gate. Edwin also gave us good tips for restaurants and the area. We had a very nice stay in Bergen. Thank you!

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

We were a group of 6 people and had a wonderful stay in Koedijk with Nico and Jacqueline. The house was very nice and very well equipped. In 15 minutes you were in Alkmaar by bike. Nico and Jacqueline were very accommodating hosts and we would come back anytime.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

We spent a week with our 3.5 year old daughter in the nice little guest house. There was everything needed, plenty of towels and linens. Lydia was quick to respond to inquiries in advance. You are quickly at the beach and in the village. We would definitely visit again!

What a wonderful stay in the Guesthouse! Together with our 4-year-old daughter, we enjoyed it tremendously. We were very warmly welcomed and everything was taken care of to the last detail. The house is beautifully decorated, bright and cozy, and is in a great location: just a few meters from the forest, close to fine restaurants and a short distance from the beach. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a prime location – in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the center and the dunes. Plus a small terrace and parking right outside the door. W-LAN ran stably and flawlessly. Everything was very clean, modern and well equipped - you can tell that it was furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We would like to particularly highlight the landlord: extremely courteous, warm and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks for that:)

I had a super nice stay in Eva's apartment! A beautiful, spacious house that is equipped with all comforts. I thought the cheerful Blond tableware was a nice detail! In addition, the location is ideal: the station and the center are close by and the house offers the perfect base for a nice walk along the canals. Moreover, Eva was easily accessible and responded very quickly to messages. I can recommend this apartment to anyone!

We had a great time staying at this place. A nicely furnished and cozy apartment in the center of Alkmaar, in a backyard where the cat greets you every morning. Everything has been thought of and Vincent and Grace are very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this place!

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

A very nice apartment in a beautiful location with a great host!

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our children. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions. Everything was clean and cleanly equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony. The bedrooms could be darkened very well. Henk was always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a large residential building. Nevertheless, it was totally quiet and relaxing! The location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, to the city with a supermarket, no shops and restaurants. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We liked it without exception and can recommend the apartment without restriction.

We had a very nice stay. It was nice and spacious, and you can walk to the center of Bergen in about fifteen minutes. The only disadvantage is that there is no separate shower and this accommodation is not suitable for someone who is not very stable, for example. Because the bath is slippery and there is no handle to hold on to, it can be dangerous.

The apartment is cozily furnished, everything is available for cooking. It is only a few minutes' walk from the beach. We had a very nice long weekend there.
