Monthly Rentals in Batumi

I rented this apartment for my dad, and we were both pleasantly surprised that it looks even better than in the pictures! The bed was comfortable, and the sofa was cozy with a small table, making it a great spot to relax or even invite family and friends over. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially with the sea view—a massive plus. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a stylish interior. The host, Armen, was extremely helpful and thoughtful, even leaving some water in the fridge for our arrival. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay here. The host family was incredibly kind, and the location is excellent, making it easy to reach Old Batumi, New Batumi, or the sea. There’s a grocery store and a fruit stand literally next door. If you’re staying for a few weeks, I highly recommend 1997 Cafe, located about three blocks away, and Rule Fitness, just four blocks away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
