Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Great cabin, everything is cool

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful to the host. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back for a next time

I think I'm staying in a clean and beautiful house, the attention is great. It is an experience that must be lived.

The place is great! Very spacious, well maintained! And the photos are not going it justice its better in reality 😄. Awesome place for big groups! But a little far from the center that’s it. Everything else is 10/10

Fantastic house for a big family or a group of people. Swimming pool is great for kids. The only problem was with the street-racers on the road nearby at night, a bit noisy. In general, we loved the place and recommend it for sure!

I find this place as a hidden gem. Perfect location! It is described as an apartment, it is actual a separate house. I liked the décor made with roses, even on cups! The only thing what needs improving is a shower, the water is running but suddenly it could get either too hot or suddenly very cold! Great communication all the way throughout my stay! I recommend!

the place was good walk 10 minutes to the sea , the view was amazing and the man catched us from the bus station , checked in early 1 hour and give us free bottle of red wine good quality , but the place need some clean specially the toilet and the doors need some maintenance and the house door don't lock with a keys , they didn't answer easily but totally the place was good and worth and the view was amazing , recommend it 😊👍

We had a great stay in Khatuna's appartement. We enjoy in particular the private garden, but the whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Khatuna is a very nice host and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was also perfectly located in old Batoumi so that we could easily walk around and enjoy all the main Batoumi attractions and good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we - come back to Batoumi!

Cute cozy house on three floors, the first two are rented. We were a group of 6 people, all fit, sofas and armchairs also fold out if there are more people. 100 meters from the sea, surrounded by green trees. Quiet, peaceful, close to small shops and 24-hour spar. 10-15 minutes by car to Batumi itself. The terrace of the house has a breathtaking view of the sea and old Batumi. The host was polite and always available, any issues were resolved as soon as possible. Nice place, I will come again.

This is a very professional management company, the listing is great!The apartment is clean and tidy, fully equipped, everything is well prepared, and I feel relaxed when I stay.The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the customer service was quick and friendly.You can feel their attention to "hospitality".Wehost's listings are highly recommended and trustworthy!

Marine is so kind everything else is and added bonus. The home is exactly how it looks ok the photos, You have a private room, it's a bedroom/slash workspace/ living room but it's all how you use the space creatively. You have a private good sized kitchen, you have a private toilet and a private shower/laundry room. there are directly in the hallway outside of the bedroom/ living room. All rooms are only accessible by keys (1 per room) that only you will have. It's quiet, private, cozy, and safe. Walkability 1000 percent. City bus access a few steps away, Charter bus company Lüks Karadeniz ti Türkiye is a few streets away, there's markets everywhere. This is one of a very few streets with big beautiful trees so when you walk out of the building it's beautiful. The picture shows it as a pink building, but it was recently painted a deep green wit white trim. If you need anything contact Marine if you break anything contact Marine, it is a business but she is fair.

We loved this house! It is close to all the amenities, to the grocery store, to the boardwalk and kids’ parks, yet it is extremely private with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside in the yard and to have intimate family dinners outside. Our family of 8 (mom, dad, 4 children and grandparents) had more than enough room. The best part of the stay though was our warm, helpful and welcoming hostess. We are so thankful to have found this place and will forever cherish precious family memories made here.

We absolutely loved our stay in Inga's paradise. It was so embedded in nature. So peaceful, serene, fresh, and a beautiful. A 10 minute walk to the sea. Birds chirping every morning. Inga was an incredible hostess. She welcomed us as soon as we arrived, helped us with our bags, presented us a bottle of Georgian wine, made us some Turkish coffee and gave us Georgian candy for our kids. She was very proactive to make sure we were happy all of the time. She gave us great recommendations and wanted us to have the best experience. Our kids loved playing with and feeding the local neighborhood cats. Only thing to be aware of is its up a decently steep hill...so if you're with someone elderly or disabled it might be too much of a trek for them. But there are also always taxis available at the bottom of the hill. Great experience. Thank you Inga for being such a hospitable host! God bless you!

The place is well located right next to the Piazza, and indeed still quite quiet and restful! We had a great stay in Batumi. All good!

Beautiful house with plenty of character in a quiet location. I loved the different rooms with well stocked kitchen (bonus points for having a teapot!), spacious bathroom and big, comfortable bed in the bedroom. There was a bit of confusion upon getting in through the gate, but other than that I enjoyed my stay!

We had a lovely stay at Tarashi's place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

A great place to stay, peaceful, sunny, cozy, you would love it. Location is also perfect, it is 20 min walk from Sarpi beach. Host is very friendly, allowed us to check in early and checkout late. Will come back here!

We rented the house for 10 days at the end of September 2021 with a large group, 7 adults and 4 children. In the house is 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda. Fully corresponds to the photos. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay. Very clean. Gas stove, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. The only downside was no microwave. On the ground floor lives the hostess, a very pleasant and sociable woman lives on the ground floor, met us with hot khachapuri, fruits, homemade chachacha, it was very nice! On the ground floor, the entrance to the house from the other side, so the rented part of the house (2nd floor) with a separate entrance is essentially a separate house. We moved only by taxi, the trip to the sea , or it took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Around the mountains, greenery, fruits, beauty! We recommend! Thanks to the hosts for everything!
