Affordable place with good location

Great place, I found the apartment tidy to the limit, the host almost immediately responds to questions, a very atmospheric view from the balcony and amenities like air conditioning, fast internet and a TV with many features. In short, there's nothing to be attached to.

We had a beautiful sunset at this apartment and my family was very happy and very satisfied.The apartment is located in a residential area, so it is very convenient to shop and eat.You can walk to the sea with just one intersection.Tamar's daughter sent us the keys and showed me the entire apartment.Tamar sent us the fire starter immediately when we needed to use the gas which was very timely.Parking is limited, however the surrounding curb is fine.This is my beautiful memory in Batumi!The plants in the flat are all very beautiful!

Beautiful sea view in the very center of Batumi, the host was very friendly. Overall, this is a good choice for spending a couple of days at the black sea.

Nice small apartment for 1-2 people. The appliances are new, everything is clean and convenient. Beautiful sea view. The location is a little further from the center so it's not noisy. The building has a coffee shop, cafe, beer bar, barber shop and ATM. The host is communicative, will help and tell you.

Great location. Batumi is just a short walk away, but at the same time you live among the greenery , in the mountains, where birds always sing. Plenty of space in the house, there is a place to stay. Enough linen and towels if you travel light as we do. Everything you need is present! The hosts of the house are very friendly, as are the neighbors🙂. If you want to relax in the middle of nature and see all the charm of Adjara, this is the place for you🙂. Perfect to have a car, of course.

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

100% would recommend as Ineza was a great host. Responsive, helpful, proactive and flexible. Great view from the room balcony and rooftop. If you're looking for a private, quiet, peaceful place to stay while still being close to the beach and restaurants and not too far from Batumi activities. All the amenities you need are present. Great value for money overall, would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

This was a better time! We stayed with Sofiko and her family for almost 2 months. During this time, we ourselves became part of her family: we fried meat together, played meat, played with children in the evening, and went for a walk in Batumi. Not comparable Georgian hospitality, so much warmth and kindness was in relation to us. The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond if there was even the slightest inconvenience. There is a beautiful garden around the house, and we were treated to fresh vegetables and fruits every day. A beautiful veranda that we sat on late and admired from the height of the evening Batumi. The location itself is very convenient: in a quiet location in the mountains, but to the main Carrefour in the center of Batumi 10 minutes by car. Taxis and food delivery come here without problems. Very quiet around, and if you want to be alone with nature, but also close to the city, this place is perfect. Very sad to leave, we loved this family and Georgia with all our heart. We hope to see them again!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

We loved the place, as described and photographed. Beautiful view of the landscape behind the house, about ten minutes walk to the sea from the house. Lots of shops nearby. Hosts are very nice people, they respond quickly if needed. Recommended :)

Lana was very helpful. She asked all of our questions. The apartment is located in the huge apartment hotel. The location is great, the view is amazing. There are some things I’d recommend to improve: 1) bathroom rug 2) kitchen utensils like spoons and etc ( maybe we just couldn’t find them) 3) kitchen cleaning foam and sponge 4) iron desk
