Beachfront holiday rentals in Batumi

in short - I stayed in different apartments around Batumi, but this one is the best initially planned to stay a month, but after first night decided to change my plans and extend the stay to 3 months owner is a nice person, communication was smooth and quick, everything was resolved very fast location is superb, you just need to cross the road and you already at the beach very cool view from the window - 6 out of 5 :) inside everything according to the photos I would come here again and can recommend to anyone

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Good apartment, good location, clean, everything you need is there. Fully matches the description. Sea view from the balcony. The price at the beginning of the season is fully justified.

I am not exaggerating if I say that it is one of the best residences I have ever lived in. A spacious apartment as if you are in your real home and it has everything Key Advantages: - A breathtaking view, - Exchange at the entrance of the building, - Availability of most basic needs, - Washing machine, - The room is clean, - Check-in is very easy, - Quick response from the host, - Grocery stores and restaurants are not far from you and even next to you, but you need to take steps (about 5 minutes) and there is a 24-hour supermarket as well as a 24-hour halal restaurant nearby, - Several tourist places around you: • Meydan Europe, • The beach, • Al-Arab Street, The only negative: Lack of bathroom slippers I will stay there again if I visit Batumi again, God willing. The amount for housing is very high and it is possible that in the seasons it will be more..

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

We absolutely loved the view from the window and the balcony!! Check-in and check-out was super easy, the reception staff were very friendly. It was great to be across from the Black Sea and close to the seafront promenade and restaurants and cafés. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed.

Good apartment. Excellent view. A bit far from center but markets and everything is available so if you go for a calm vacation with nice view and close to beach this will be a perfect choice

Lovely view apartment in the very center of Batumi. The apartment had everything you need for a short stay. No complaints about cleanliness. The host is friendly and responsive, answered all questions instantly. The only thing that does not depend on the landlord is a fairly cold apartment in cold weather. But in this case, the apartment has air conditioning and a heater. We had enough (a few days it was quite cold at night +6/8). 🫶
