Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

This beautiful contemporary studio flat is just 2 minutes walk from the city's cleanest beach, 5 minutes walk from city central square and all touristic areas, cafes and restaurants. King sized bed with all glass window for nocturnal sky and city gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. It's wonderfully quiet and secured with high security systems. There is a bike hire station just 20 seconds away, perfect for a cycle along Batumi Boulevard.
