Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Batumi

A wonderful place and a wonderful host. Our stay went extremely well, without even any minor incidents. 24th floor opens an incredible sea view and beautiful surroundings. A lot of places nearby to go to. It’s definitely worth it to come here again.

Good location of the apartment: near the embankment, grocery stores, vegetable shop and shopping center. It takes 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, and about 30-40 minutes on foot along the embankment. Very responsive host: gave clear instructions on check-in, answered all questions. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Great for a family. The kitchen has everything you need: a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and a lot of dishes for every taste.

Absolutely amazing place I had such a lovely time, beautiful city 🏙️, the food was lovely the people was friendly, felt right at home would definitely recommend 🫶🏾

very nice, the only problem was the Arabs in the next apartment, there was a lot of noise, there is no other problem, the problem of the room host, the problem of the next apartment owner is very clean and useful, I recommend

Absolutely wonderful space. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. It has a beautiful view and all the amenities and details you would need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and boulevard. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even came over late in the evening to solve a few issues we were facing. Amazing people. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

The building is very old, but in general, many of the buildings in Batumi are old. There is a general restoration process in the old Batumi region. Every building is under renovation. The building where Lilu's house is located is bad and neglected, but when you open the door of the house and enter, you are transitioning to a completely different dimension. It's like an artist's hand touched it. The house is very nice. Lilü is caring and helpful. The balcony of the house is also magnificent. We watered the plants of a plant-loving host. The only negative thing I found was the color-changing lights on the ceiling at home. I think this modern design simplifies it. There are HB and Munich restaurants under the building and they are very good quality restaurants. Tourist attractions such as cafes, pubs and restaurants, Piazza Square, European Square, Ali Nino statues are within walking distance. Thanks for everything, Lilou 🙏🏻

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

We rented the house for 10 days at the end of September 2021 with a large group, 7 adults and 4 children. In the house is 4 bedrooms, hall, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, veranda. Fully corresponds to the photos. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay. Very clean. Gas stove, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. The only downside was no microwave. On the ground floor lives the hostess, a very pleasant and sociable woman lives on the ground floor, met us with hot khachapuri, fruits, homemade chachacha, it was very nice! On the ground floor, the entrance to the house from the other side, so the rented part of the house (2nd floor) with a separate entrance is essentially a separate house. We moved only by taxi, the trip to the sea , or it took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Around the mountains, greenery, fruits, beauty! We recommend! Thanks to the hosts for everything!

We stayed at Bacho's place for a week and everything went great. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. For the rocking chair, there is a separate respect :)) and in my opinion, most importantly - Bacho is a very responsive, kind host who always meets each other and will help with all questions. He was always in touch, on the day of arrival he met us at 6 am, shared recommendations for cafes and transport. Everything went great, as convenient and calm as possible. ! Peace ☮️

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Very nice and cozy flat!

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.
