This accommodation works best for those independent and self-sufficient travelers. Shared accommodation with other guests but not necessarily with the hosts, they are elsewhere. Access to kitchen, laundry a definite plus. The off street parking worked well, always had a place to park. Very peaceful neighborhood and convenient location to both Sun City West and Sun City, my destination each day.

Exactly what you need when playing baseball at the fields next door. Clean, quiet, and great washer / dryer.

Brie was quick to respond with our questions and gave me a recommendation for a grocery close by. Restaurants, grocery, etc. are within 10 minutes. Home was clean and very secure. The surroundings were peaceful and we enjoyed our little getaway on our way to see the Grand Canyon. Directions to the tiny home were precise and was easy to find. We highly recommend this tiny home for your next getaway.
