Some of the better than expected features about this RV Located in a very good neighborhood in north Phoenix next to Scottsdale , clean well off middle class neighborhood It’s a fully functioning living quarters with the exception of washer / dryer .. however if I’m home those are accessible in my garage and can be used .. Parking for as many as three cars 25 ft from the door , very convenient Upgraded mini split heat pump is very quiet making this RV vastly better to sleep in
