Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Holbrook is a charming town in the heart of Route 66. My family has lived here our whole lives and love our town. We have a two story home with with a birds eye view of Holbrook and The historic Wigwam Hotel that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s Cars movie. The downstairs is for our guests and is comfortable, cozy and clean. We are 20 minutes to a four hour drive to The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona and much more

Our newly built tiny home is in the heart of West Sedona. It’s is a spacious zen Tiny home (420 sq ft including the loft). Wake up to breathtaking views from an Queen size tempurpedic mattress. The kitchen has a hot plate and convention oven to make amazing meals with. And of course a coffee maker with organic beans. We leave fresh organic cream and granola for every guest. There’s also a whirlpool tub. The tiny home is on a quiet street but close to everything. There’s a ladder up to the loft.
