What a wonderful wonderful place to call home for the week! We cooked many meals here, ( its nice to know that the host is very very responsive to any needs evidently because there was a plethora of new pans that we thoroughly used)! The calm serenity of the entire house along with an amazing view, was outstanding! It is actually Better than the photos could ever capture! We could have easily stayed another week!

The hosts were very accommodating. I had some sort of glitch when i booked my stay and it only booked for a single guest, so they stocked 4 towels total. When I let them know that there were more guests and I would need more towels, they immediately responded and had towels on the way. The backyard is really the highlight of the property, there’s lots to do and tons of room! We would definitely recommend staying here. Very happy with the property and the hosts!

The place was beautiful with large rooms and tall ceilings. The view was incredible looking out a massive picture window looking at red Sedona rocks. Had some air conditioning problems but host was receptive and responsive. Gary the repair man and was friendly and good to work with. Price of house was reasonable considering the value of the house. Great experience and would stay here again.

Book the trip. This home was everything we imagined and more. Incredible views, awesome outdoor space on both sides of the home, a pool to cool off in, close to town that we could walk to dinner and spacious. We can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here with two other couples for a wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The backyard was our favorite part — perfect for relaxing, enjoying the Arizona sun, and spending time together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made meals and snacks super easy. All of the beds were really comfortable, and the house was spotless and well-maintained. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Such a great home. You’re in a quiet neighborhood, but because of landscaping and terrain, there is still a feeling of privacy. Absolutely in love with the split level home design and that carried into the backyard. Resort vibes I cannot express how friendly and responsive the hosts were. Definitely would stay here again

Our family of six enjoyed a restful and restorative getaway at Adam's place in Pine. The house was well-equipped, and Adam was a very responsive host. Our four kids really enjoyed the game room, which allowed my wife and me the opportunity to sit on the quiet front porch chatting and reading. The house is within easy driving distance to neat local sights and fun restaurants. A great find!

Would give this home (and the host) 10 stars if I could! Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - it was super well stocked (had spices, coffee, and even tons of odds and ends like olive oil, rice, s’mores stuff and almond milk creamer). The home was gorgeous inside and out and was the PERFECT spot for our group of 8 (four grown ups and four kids). We all loved the hot tub, the kids played in the yard a ton and we helped ourselves to the game closet. The beds were COMFY. Bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. Kitchen had about a million gadgets (they even had a nutribullet which we used to make salad dressings!). Just an overall amazing, beautiful stay as we explored Sedona! Would 100% come back!! And Traci really was the most responsive, proactive host. Loved her!!

I really enjoyed our stay at Ty’s place. It has everything you need and is very close to all Scottsdale has to offer. Don’t hesitate to book this place you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The kids loved the pool, and the backyard was relaxing and beautifully maintained. Everything was tidy and welcoming, and check-in was easy. I’d definitely stay here again!

This peaceful and private home was the perfect getaway for our family. Our baby loved swimming in the pool, and the shallow end fountains added an extra bonus activity:) They also had a beautiful crib available. All in all, the home was beautiful. The host also made our stay so convenient, responding to our questions almost immediately, and providing the cutest gifts! Lastly, it was a wonderful place to take walks outside, just a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. And it’s location was prime, with many activities and great places nearby. We will definitely be staying here again with our family.

The home was absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The pool and outdoor area was a huge hit with both the adults and kids. Ryan was extremely attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay again! Oh! And the kitchen had literally EVERYTHING you could ever need to prepare a big meal - including a fully stocked spice drawer!

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at one of his properties, and just like before, our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Upon arrival the house was simple to access and very clean. The backyard is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal on the stove or BBQ on the grill out back. Host was very responsive which is always appreciated.

The house is beautiful and the mountains can be seen from the back patio. It does back up to desert area and it is neat to hear a donkey making noises in a neighbors yard and also coyotes howling at night. Definitely recommend. Joel is very responsive as well and checks in to make sure the stay is great.
