Holiday rentals with a sauna in Yorkshire

Great to stay at the Annexe again, everything I need and perfect place for the University. Jan is a responsive friendly host who kept in contact about relevant things throughout.

Patrick’s apartment is a great place in a stunning location, with everything you need for your trip away. The place is ideal for friends looking for a couple of nights away. I would highly recommend and hope to return for another stay.

Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Great dog friendly accommodation that was still super clean. In a fab location with easy and plentiful parking on a site we have never been to before but wouldn't hestitate to go to again, well maintained and great access to beach & Cleveland way for lovely walks into Filey and beyond. Very responsive & helpful host! Thank you

Jay's Nest it's a great place to stay. Friendly hosts, convenient location, close to the centre of the village and many beautiful walks on the doorstep. Perfect base for those who wish to explore Lake District. The flat has home from home feel. The kitchen has all essentials and no need to wash up, dishwasher does it for you. Clean, working washing machine with dryer if needed. The seating area very cosy with nice views through windows, you can relax after a long day walking. Big bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of space for storing your gear/clothes etc. Again, super clean, couldn't ask for more. Fair size spotless ensuite with good size shower. Plenty of space to keep what you need in the bathroom. Sadly, due to the weather, we were not able to use the outside area where having a morning coffee or evening drink must be super enjoyable. It was our first time in LD and we will be back to Jay's Nest, that's for sure. Needless to say, we highly recommend Jay's Nest!

What a truly wonderful little place, there is so much to do for the kids and my two really did enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely stunning, spotless and also very spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip away to the lakes be it with children or without. We will definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful place to stay! Thank you Jerry for having such a well maintained apartment - including a full kitchen so we could self cater. The whole place was also so snug and cosy and the bed was super comfy. Perfect place to just relax after a full day exploring! Fab location with stunning views overlooking fells - quiet area, barely knew others were about. Apartment well looked after, clean and tidy. Bonus having access to the gym, sauna & spa. Had a great stay. Very responsive host. Easy check-in. The place was gorgeous and the sauna was incredible! Great decor and some thoughtful welcome treats were left for us too.

A lovely modern apartment - it was clean and tidy with essentials (e.g hand soap, dishcloths, towels etc) as described. Beautiful view outside the living room/bedroom, perfect for sitting outside even if its raining since the table/chairs are sheltered. Fast wifi which was great. Communication with the host was great. The closest cafe is lovely too however if travelling without a car other restaurants are quite a walk or bus ride away (10-15 min drive). Lots of long walks nearby - we walked to ambleside via the hills and it was beautiful. One thing to note is the site is quite hilly but it's to be expected in the lakes. Would recommend 👍

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Whitbarrow. The apartment was lovely, with the special addition of the balcony overlooking the beautiful views, which we enjoyed with a cuppa or two. Our boys loved the toys and the drawing that was available to play with but, of course, their highlight was the pool. Local distance to Lowther, buttermere, Penrith, pooley Bridge, Keswick etc so lots to do. We’ll be back soon! 🙂

Myself, my partner, my sister & my brother in-law all stayed over the weekend at Fitzys Apartment and had thee best, most relaxing time!! Anne, her partner and her son were all so welcoming, helpful and on hand for anything we needed. Anne let me and my sister borrow some of her sliders as we forgot ours, her partner provided us with a speaker so we could sit out and BBQ in the sun having drinks whilst listening to music, her son made sure the grounds were clear and ready for us. Nothing was to much of an ask. Anne also provided each of us with robes for after the hot tub which was a really good gesture as none of us even thought to take any robes!! We will definitely be returning to this place soon, 100%!!

We’ve stayed before and everything from communication to early check in if you ask ran smooth . My husband and I go every year for the races and everything is close to hand . Would definitely recommend x Thank you Ruth x

We stayed here for my sons 12th birthday for 2 nights end of May 2025. The house itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated and felt fresh and clean. The beds were all very comfortable with good bedding. The Hosts were very friendly and we felt the check in was easy and hassle free. The games room, sauna and hot tub were great additions and again well looked after and clean. We would definayely book here again.

Lovely place and perfect location 7 to 10min walk to the town centre with different cafes and retail shops. The house is so pretty the interior design is amazing each room is gorgeous and very spacious even the bathrooms are so pretty and well decorated. The other facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi were clean and really nice. This trip was very nice and relaxing, we had a great time as a family celebrating Eid together. Thanks to the host who was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

A beautiful well maintained cottage for two. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Rosie popped in to introduce herself and deliver a bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate which was lovely as we only had a two night stay! We would certainly book again if we were in the area.

What can I say. we were there as a family of 13 to celebrate my dad's 60th and the house did not disappoint. It was beautiful both inside and out. It was commented on throughout our stay. There was ample parking for four cars. There was plenty of space for the kids to roam, they loved the games room which consisted of pool, air hockey and table tennis. Adelaide had the hot tub ready for our arrival which was very much appreciated. You didn't want for nothing the place had everything from board games, to every kitchen accessory you can think of and even ice cubes in the freezer. We had a BBQ with a set of it's own utensils, plenty of towels and also dressing gowns and slippers if you wanted to try the sauna. We ate at the local pub on the first night. The Altisidora which was a gorgeous little pub with plenty of choice and on route a little pond which the kids loved.

This place was beyond our expectations. Immaculately presented, super clean, tidy, jaw dropping views. I can't fault it in any way and I can't rate it highly enough. Will definately look to return in the future. Stunning!

Andrée was so warm, friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely stunning, spacious, clean, well maintained and is SO well equipped. The house had absolutely everything a family might need at the beach, including chairs, beach toys, an array of outdoor games, parasols, beach mats…the list goes on! An amazing selection of board games in the house too. The location is incredible too. My children adored the house and we can’t wait to come back again soon.
