A Scandinavian style bungalow, set in a private 40 acre nature reserve, for 6-12 guests. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, a Tree house, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Ideal location for family/ friends reunions & Hen/Stag parties welcome.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Rusholme Grange's self-contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. We are ideally located for Selby, Goole,York, Hull, Leeds, or further afield whether you are on holiday or working.

Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Beautiful Shepherd Huts. Finished to a very high & comfortable standard. Dining Kitchen, fridge, microwave, electric hob,underfloor heating, TV and soft seating. En suite bathroom. PLEASE NOTE The bed is now a Double Bed in Ash Recently fully refurbished and Tastefully painted throughout in Farrow & Ball paint. We allow ONE SMALL DOG. - could you kindly bring their own bed. A real “little gem “which offers everything you need for a great stay.
