David and Lynn are truly delightful! Their accommodations were the perfect place to stay in Tairua. With a warm welcome and a clean, well equipped guesthouse steps from the water we couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return someday and will recommend their place to others. Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

I stayed at Whakatīwai for three nights while I was working in the area. Roimata and Hunter were absolutely wonderful hosts: friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better location. The views from the Airbnb were stunning, and it was so lovely to go for morning and evening walks. Spotlessly clean. The wi fi was good, too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Awesome little apartment. Kids loved the pool and spa. Really close to the beach. Had everything we needed for our family, will definitely be back. Cloe was supper accommodating and helped us immensely.

Had the best girls weekend at Inger’s place. Stunning views that were thoroughly enjoyed in the spa on the deck. The house was an easy and functional space to stay in - Inger has great attention to detail. She left very thoughtful and lovely treats for us in the fridge. I can’t wait to come back again!

Short drive from the airport, Close to lots of amazing cafes, the beach, and hot pools. Fantastic views from the top of Mount Maunganui - worth the climb. Hot pools were great to soak away any aches after the climb.

Great find! Fabulous location with a great view and steps to the beach. Felt like our own private beach. At times. The night view of the stars from the beach was spectacular. The apt was very functional and met our needs. The hosts were very friendly and informative. Gave us great tips on making the most of our stay in NZ!

Had a fantastic weekend stay here with my partner. Hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with - and gave an excellent restaurant recommendation that we really enjoyed. The house was great, lots of lovely homey touches. We went in late autumn but it was still nice and warm with underfloor heating and lots of blankets. Heaps to do around raglan and it’s a beautiful part of the world. Thank you for having us!

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

Great place to stay on the water with a great view of the river. The unit was spotless and couldn't be faulted. There is an omission from the website as the unit does come with a washer AND dryer (not always easy to find) which we found fantastic having spent time elsewhere beforehand. Both Bronwyn and Kathie were great to talk to and informative on the area and things to do. Definitely recommend our unit (B) which was was upstairs.

We loved our stay with Annie and Chris. So friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. Loved the private access to Whale bay if you’re visiting Raglan for a surf. Thanks for the lovely relaxing stay :)

We had a lovely stay at Janetta’s bach. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. It's in a quiet location yet still close to town, cafes, and surf beaches. Highlights included the large, sunny front deck, cozy beds, well stocked kitchen with all the gadgets that you need. The place felt like a home away from home. Janetta was a great host, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!
