Holiday rentals with breakfast in Waikato River

I would like to say that Rose & Wal were very welcoming, especially after a very long drive from Taranaki to Tauranga due to an unfortunate crash on the Awakino gorge. Everything was really cleaned and fresh. Next time i would like to bring my family and spend a good couple of days to enjoy the beautiful city more. Thanks again Rose and Wal.

We wish we could stay in Hamilton one more day because we enjoyed the city so much. And Alex’s place is definitely one of our highlights in Hamilton. All of my families are very satisfied with the experience. Good location, comfortable beds and amenities beyond our expectations. All the details showed how considerate the host is to anyone who will stay at her place. Alex is very proactive and responsive in communication and she prepared baby’s stuff for me which was really useful. More importantly, she helped me recover my lost personal item after checkout. Definitely recommend!

It was a very good place to stay. Graham and Sarah are very friendly, easy to talk and helpful couple. They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. They have horses, cows, sheep and pigs that we could feed - the kid loved it. The bunk beds were a big hit for my kid. I would stay here again next time I go to Rotorua and I wouldn't need to go anywhere,I could stay the whole day at this house. There is so much to do games, BBQ, table tennis etc etc.

Staying at Peter's was a pleasure. The location was perfect just 10min drive from our event (Golden Gloves Boxing) , the home was cozy and clean, and Peter was always available to answer our questions. The area was very spacious for the 5 of us (3 adults 2 kids). We were also provided with eggs, milk, butter, washing detergent etc so very kind of him. Highly recommended! Our stay was fantastic and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it! Very private and quiet. We would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic short stay. It was comfortable and had everything for a relaxing visit. Food was left for us which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The views of the lake are stunning, it was the highlight. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place just outside the main centre.

Loved this place, From the moment we arrived it felt like home, beautiful welcome letter and refreshments. We didn't arrive till around midnight and they put the heat pump on for us. The house was clean and plenty of board games which was awesome as there was a local power cut, didn't bother us at all. Had everything we needed even toothbrushes which was great because the kids forgot theirs. We wish we would've come in summer to use the awesome bbq. It's a great location being out of Rotorua but not too far. Nice and quiet area. Nathan and Ashlyn are great hosts, were very accomodating and always there if we needed anything. We would recommend this home to families visiting as the yards are fully fenced as-well which is great for the little ones.

Awesome wee modern cottage only about 5 minutes from Kati Kati township. Would happily stay again.

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful couple of days at Julia's. It's such a gorgeous spot with lovely views. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Julia was so generous with all of the extra goodies in the fridge. We felt very spoilt. Tairua is a great place to explore the Coromandel from and has its own lovely beach and walks.

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home ….. our hosts Marki and Chris were just wonderful and everything about the space and the surroundings was top notch. The furnishings, decor, attention to detail, lovely treats and overall vibe of the home was very special …. Walking distance to the most beautiful little bay, surrounded by nature was awesome. Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Loved our stay! The place was extremely neat and clean! It was very close to Skyline and others. There was a small view of the lake from the living room and bedroom. Leonie was a great host - she was very helpful and highly responsive. Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Ginie's quirky converted boathouse. The boathouse is right on the shores of the Lake with a small beach at the bottom of the garden. The highlight for us was paddleboarding from the house (excellent easy access) on a mirror-like lake surrounded by bird life, followed by relaxing in the spa. The accommodation was delightfully quirky and clean and Ginie had left us some delicious baked goods in the fridge. We were surprised at all the wee details... So carefully thought out. The hosts were very unintrusive, we wouldn't have known they were there other than a quick goodbye when we left. Thank you, we would love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Carin’s black batch. Carin was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. She made me feel right at home 🤗 The place was so serene and peaceful with everything you could need. The perfect getaway for a much needed break! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and regroup. Would book again!

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

To say Kim's place is great, is a complete understatement. I thought I was staying in a 5 Star Resort! Massive attention to detail and small touches really set Kim's place apart from everywhere else - the fruit preserves, pillow library, excellent bathroom and loads of personal touches. I was actually a little bit sad to leave and return to normal life. A super rare diamond in Tauranga, I will definitely be back, that's for sure.

Amazing stay! The place was very clean, furnishings seemed fairly new, and the cottage was cosy. View from the cottage deck was beautiful- in the early morning, mist shrouded the lower terrain and Waikato river before gradually fading away, with the sun rising behind.The night view was wonderful as well with lots of stars. We ordered a homemade pizza from the hosts and it was absolutely superb. They also spoiled us with a sublime chocolate cake and date pudding. Overall it felt like a lot of thought, effort and passion has gone into this bnb, more than almost all (and maybe even all) the bnbs we've stayed at before. We really recommend this place. And do yourself a favour and don't hesitate to order their food!

Easy fuss free check in. Delightful cosy little place. Had a very restful evening and night there. Would definitely come back!

Tersia was a wonderful host, and the abode was a gorgeous home away from home. All the little touches made it such a lovely stay. Great books, divine bathroom, comfy bed, loved the decor, ease of access and how peaceful it was. Will be back to stay again when heading back to Auckland.

This is a great place to stay in Te Awamutu. very clean and tidy. It has all the things you need. very nice!
