This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

Ahuriri , with its great restaurants and small yacht harbour,is within walking distance(1.2 km ) The area is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and of course the Art Deco architecture. Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.
