Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

Thanks Mary offering this great location and let us store the luggage in her house after we checked out the apartment. Mt maunganui is a tourist spot and there are plenty of things to do. If you like nature, can go swim, climb up the mountain, enjoy sunrise and sunset. During winter time, there are also plenty of tourist visit. During weekend is quite noisy and crowded. Even stay in the indoor also have the noise from the street and hot pool opposite. Also, there are some wake up alarm noise from the nearby apartment that also waked me up and disturbed my sleeping. Overall, the apartment is very good and there are great nature environments nearby!

The house was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the level of privacy – it was peaceful, quiet, and felt like our own private retreat. We truly felt at home and completely at ease throughout our stay. Our host, Amandeep, was outstanding! She was incredibly caring, always available with a quick response, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference. Mr. Ajay also warmly welcomed us and even helped in medical urgency. It was feel like at home out of home. This was by far the best stay we’ve ever had. Every aspect– from cleanliness to comfort, privacy, and communication – was top-notch. Lovely place just a short walk into Raglan centre. John and Luisa were very friendly, eager to help and recommend things to do when the weather wasn’t ideal.

Great place to stay on the water with a great view of the river. The unit was spotless and couldn't be faulted. There is an omission from the website as the unit does come with a washer AND dryer (not always easy to find) which we found fantastic having spent time elsewhere beforehand. Both Bronwyn and Kathie were great to talk to and informative on the area and things to do. Definitely recommend our unit (B) which was was upstairs.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The house is in a fantastic part of Hamilton- close to lots of shops & great restaurants & very convenient to get to Mystery Creek. The home was neat & tidy & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Immaculate, fresh and welcoming apartment completely kitted out with more than you would need for convenience - loved the little 'extra' touches throughout especially the way it is perfectly equipped for families with young ones!

Great little place to stay

Shona's place feels like a home with attention to detail and everything you need to be comfortable. It is very clean and comfortable and in a lovely quiet location. There are lots of extra blankets and heaters so it's cosy even on a cold night. Easy communication and a very welcoming host. Only has a kitchenette but there is a microwave and takeaways just down the road.

Exactly as described, even with the road side parking it was great to be greeted by such a friendly dog and the place was quiet and relaxing. Perfect place to call base while in the area.

Really enjoyed out stay. Fantastic location and a great sized apartment. The kids loved the pools and it was super convenient to have the use of 2 car parks. Thanks for having us and sorting out a porta cot. We'd love to come and stay again :)

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely 2-bedroom unit in Rotorua. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor spa was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing—communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

What an amazing stay we had in Lake Taupō. Marie made it so easy. The property is beautiful and it really felt like home. Water pressure is outstanding! I cannot recommend this property enough.

We booked the apartment because of the epic view of the beach and it surely didn’t disappoint. We did wish the windows were cleaner so we could enjoy the view from inside the house too but understandably this was inevitable. We didn’t like that you have to pick up and drop off the key from another location during check in and check out, which is 10 mins drive from the apartment itself so if you don’t have a car then you might wanna look elsewhere. Tv remote wasn’t working and we couldn’t watch anything we want on the Tv without it. There was a super strict list of rules and a deposit needs paying via an app( which we weren’t told clearly about upon booking) . I still Don’t know if deposit has been returned or not, a confirmation of this would have been nice! Overall though we think it’s a great apartment- it is really roomy, beds are comfortable, great shower, and kitchen is very well equipped. :) many thanks for hosting us !
