The perfect home away from home! Watch over the kids enjoying the fun playground and spacious fully fenced yard from the elevated deck while the enjoying a vino and the view beyond to the ocean. Situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach and great cafes it ticks all the boxes for fun family getaways to Mt Maunganui. Please note that the owner resides in the downstairs unit. It is separate from the accommodation and has it's own entrance.

Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

My place is a short stroll from the lake, Waiteti trout stream, and the Ngongotaha lakefront reserve. The village is 5 mins away for shops with Rotorua city 15 mins. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home has a fibre wifi connection and guests receive complimentary Netflix access.

Don't want to drive your car to the forest, this property is located close to the heart of the famous Redwood forest and is five minutes easy walking from your doorstep to the start of Long Mile Road. Free WIFI. Close to shopping centre and Lakes. There is an external camera fitted on the carport out towards the road for security .
