What a fantastic house to stay in, it really feels like you are in Italy. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have the open fire for the colder nights and the well setup outside area for the warm sunny days. There were heaps of activities and games to play. We loved our family stay here.

Pretty little cabin. Didn’t get too cold, short walk to the toilet ( 10m aprox I would say). Kitchen is a bit far but not too much, you have to walk next to the guest house to get there. Beautiful landscape and horses. Host was friendly and gave us our space and privacy. A thing we noticed is they don’t give as many essentials or amenities as we have found in other places and Internet was very poor. Overall, we enjoyed a lot our stay!

We enjoyed this beautiful home! The views were great and we loved the open kitchen and living room area. Communication was great as we were having issues with the hear, but they were able to get space heaters to warm each room. We would stay again for sure!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was just as advertised and more, very cosy and loved the country views. We would happily stay here again and can't recommend staying here highly enough!

This place is so incredible, I want to move in permanently. I stayed in Tiny2 and the views are breathtaking. No matter the weather, Pukeko Lane will deliver the goods. Either sitting outside enjoying the fire pit, laying in the outdoor bathtub and listening to the peace of nature, or cosying up on the couch in front of the indoor fire, it's all magical. It was very relaxing and private. Just what I needed after a month long work trip before flying home.

Was a great stay, the place felt very homely and was such a lovely space. Also very accommodating for my little dog.

We had the most amazing time staying at Krystie's place. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. However, shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. It's also in the perfect place for visiting the Hobbiton movie set, which was our primary reason for coming to the area. The farm animals are also great. My kids were delighted to get to feed the pig and the chickens (and I won't lie, I enjoyed it too!). We were lucky the first night and got a clear sky so we could do some stargazing - it was fantastic to be able to show my city kids the Milky Way for the first time. Our second night, it rained a lot, but we were warm and cosy inside the house and listening to the rain was relaxing and peaceful. The house itself is lovely. It's very spacious, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. We felt right at home. Highly recommended- my only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

I highly recommend Sarah’s place! Sarah was easy to communicate with! She gave clear instructions about location prior to travelling to her place! The photos do not do it justice! The location was perfect! The privacy! The views we woke up to! Luckily the weather was beautiful! We ran the baths at sunset where you can also see the waves of the beach! The place had everything you needed, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, literally everything you needed! The place was very clean and tidy! We played a lot of board games! We sat outside and enjoyed dinner with the view and the cows roaming around! It was amazing! I wish we could’ve stayed longer! I highly recommend staying here as a weekend away from the city life, with your partner or with family! My partner and I loved it! Thank you so much Sarah! Out did yourself!

We had a really lovely, though too short stay at Michelle’s place. She and her husband did a really phenomenal job setting up this beautiful peaceful little paradise. The cottage itself is extremely clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and well-appointed. The farm and gardens are beautiful with all of the different fruit trees and animals to visit with. There’s a nice short trail through native bush which we enjoyed, and soaking in the outdoor bathtub under the stars was a really relaxing experience. The hosts couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating, they were a pleasure to meet and chat with and also added some nice extra touches like fresh eggs from their hens, fresh fruits from their trees, and also accommodated a last-minute and early check-in after we arrived in Auckland early in the morning after a long journey. Would highly recommend this place to anybody and hope to come back sometime!

Susan's place was great! Very comfortable, very clean and neat. The surrounding area is very peaceful. She had everything we needed at hand. We aren't used to the cold, yet she had heaters for each room available which kept us warm nicely. Thank you Susan for your hospitality!

Absolutely loved my stay in the containership. It rained the entire time I was in the Waikato for fieldays and the containership offered a warm cozy retreat at the end of a long day. The hosts were incredible communicators and even went the extra mile to provide me with the use of their crockpot for easy dinners after a long day. One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Incredible craftsmanship and wonderful private outlook. 10 out of 10

Fantastic cottage with the most beautiful views. Spotlessly clean with a kitchen full of everything you need, lovely decor and comfortable furniture. Very private with the occasional visit from the very friendly cat Moose. Highly recommend this terrific accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s. It was exactly what we needed to wind down. Although the kitchenette was small, we still managed to cook a pasta dish and also a delicious breakfast. The view from bed in the morning was lovely. It was the perfect location for us to do what we needed in Tauranga and out at the family’s farm near Kati

What a beautiful slice of country life! We could have stayed for much longer - lovely home surrounded by hills and farmland, loved being close to farm animals and having long walks at our doorstep going out 2.5 hours. A little perk we couldn't get enough of was the farm fresh milk waiting for us in the fridge - and lots of other little touches here and there that made us feel right at home! Would love to be back one day 😍

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

We had such a fun time at this property. We visited with friends for my Fiancés birthday and it literally had everything we needed! The favourites were the hot tub and table tennis table. The beds were luxurious and comfy with amazing views from each room. It was so peaceful and relaxing - we all had a perfect time. Thanks so much for having us!

This place is what makes Air BnB a good platform to use when travelling as you can find little gems like this in secluded places. The cottage was pretty much spotless, had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner daily and the kids toys, books and games were an added bonus. The views from the living room and bedrooms are beautiful and having a fireplace to warm us up at night was the cherry on top. One of our favourite Air BnB's we've ever stayed in.
