Right on the edge of Ranfurly gully, our little apartment is close to everything, offering privacy, peace & a little luxury. Down a long drive, at the end of a cul de sac, you’ll be woken by native bird song, not traffic noise. Hamilton is fortunate to possess a handful of gullies (small valleys carved out by streams) where native birds thrive & bush quietly regenerates. These hidden gems are the green lungs of the city.
Central Hideaway Walk to City & Claudelands EventsSecure off street parking in front of the flat. You will receive a remote for the automatic gates. It is only a 6 minute walk to town and also 6 minute walk to the Claudelands Event Centre. Enjoy the fabulous selection of cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. This is a great modern 1 bedroom flat. Our house is next door but you will have total privacy, although we are there if you need anything.
Kays placeMy place is up stairs. Two very large sunny bedrooms with king size beds plus queen size airbeds. One bedroom in this listing .the other is in Kay's place two.there is a large private lounge furnished with a very comfortable lounge suite, smart TV with Netflix and light box available. Buffet with fridge. Microwave, Jug toaster plates cups cutlery everything you need to create snacks and microwave meals, also a table and stools . There is a heat pump to keep you warm or cool.
