Jonathan‘s place was very spacious and comfortable in a wonderful location. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the snacks were a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. The heating worked well when it got cold at night. The location of the Airbnb was great– – lots to do in the area – – and a very short distance to Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

I’ve stayed here a bunch of times. It’s very nice, clean, comfortable and convenient to numerous restaurants if you choose not to cook yourself. Sorani is a responsive, friendly and attentive host. I’ll be back very soon!

We stayed for 3 nights at Bunny's Retreat and we LOVED it. The hosts are communicative & left clear instructions. Finding the unit was easy. It has spacious parking & the walking trail is accessible from the parking space. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. Don't worry about the stairs. They are wide & clearly marked with glow in the dark stripes. My 20 months old son had no problem climbing them with little help. Once we entered, the AC was already on. We appreciate the gesture because it was a hot day when we arrived. We turned it off during the night and days after because turned out the unit was quite cool with trees surrounding it. The living & dining room area is more spacious than it looks on the picture. It's not the cold modern minimalist apartment; it is very homey & comfy. King bed was comfortable, my son had no problem sleeping. The whole unit was squeaky clean. Hot water ran well. We cooked for our son & had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very recommended.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay at the Cottage on the Lake in Thompson, Connecticut! The home is charming, beautiful, and immaculately kept—the perfect peaceful getaway. Jan, the host, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable from start to finish. She checked in with us multiple times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and her kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for. We felt so at home here. The neighborhood was just as welcoming—we even got to know the friendly neighbors and their adorable dog, Gigi, next door! This cottage has quickly become a favorite of ours, and we’re already looking forward to making it one of our regular Airbnb stays for years to come. Thank you, Jan, for such a wonderful experience!
