Dont look elsewhere !! Helena was very responsive and helpful. The stay was the highlight of our trip!! Beautiful pool with an amazing garden that was flocked by hummingbirds, dragonflies and other colorful birds.

We had the best time and were very glad we booked this AirBnB for our Babymoon. It looks even nicer and bigger than the pictures. Location was great. A little bit of a walk into town but very doable. Worth it to be in a peaceful neighbourhood. And we often saw howler monkeys in the trees on our walks. We LOVED the pool/outdoor area which was bigger than we expected. It was nice watching the many butterflies in the trees and getting visits from neighbourhood cats. We spent many hours out there. We made great use of the kitchen, it had everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The shower pressure was a bit weaker than we like in the master bathroom, but the other shower had great pressure and hot water so it was no problem to use the other one. The master bedroom was very large and nice. I would definitely recommended this AirBnB to anyone who would sacrifice being a little bit of a walk to the action, to have more space, peace and privacy than the hotel strip.

We had an amazing stay at casa Bosque. The beach club was a real plus and the location was out of the crowds in tamarindo but close enough to get to everything quickly/easily. Rosa took amazing care of us, she is such a gem! Highly recommend this house when visiting tamarindo!

We loved our stay at Kaya Villas and will definitely be back. Beds were very comfortable, the grounds beautiful and private, and close to great food and the ocean. We loved having Plays Avellanas as our home base and honestly didn’t feel the need to stray too far. Went to Tamarindo one afternoon and then to Playa Grande several times as well. Our host was super welcoming and helpful as well. 10/10!

Sandpiper House was amazing and Gemma is a fantastic host. House was beautiful and close to everything, including the beach club which was a great added bonus. Gemma was very responsive and helpful and even had a few beers in the fridge for us upon check in. She answered questions quickly and had lots of great recommendations. Monkeys were sleeping in the trees out front one morning and we always saw them in the evenings in the trees behind the house. I can’t recommend this house enough and we will definitely book there again.

The house is beyond beautiful! We had a great time and Vanessa was super helpful and responsive the whole time. Definitively recommend and want to come back soon ❤️

This Airbnb was absolutely stunning. It was immaculately clean and the views were out of this world. The outdoor kitchen, swim up bar is where we spent most of our days. Brokers were great hosts and very helpful. I hope to return one day and would recommend this place to everyone.

Great location with amazing views! I loved the layout of the house and the privacy of each room.The kitchen is well stocked for in house cooking.The pool was perfect. There were a few issues at the house during our stay but Stephanie was on top of it and she made sure everything got fixed quickly. I would stay at this house again.🥰

Had a wonderful stay! House was beautiful and well-decorated, loved the outdoor showers in each bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked. Even the housekeeper, who came twice during our stay, was wonderful and even brought us home-cooked food one evening. Leticia was very helpful with providing local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.

If you are looking for a wonderful condo, in a scenic and relaxing location with access to a little adventure, this is the right place for you. Playa Flamingo is a quiet and beautiful beach with both big and small waves depending on the time of the day. This condo community is also quiet while offering so many amenities. The staff are amazing and you never have to fight for chairs. The salt water pools and beach are just steps away from your condo. Dania is the perfect host. She planned our airport transportation, golf cart rental, surf lessons, fishing charter, and waterfall hike. Everyone was there (even early) when she said they would be. Costs were upfront. Dania really made this the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. Better than an all inclusive in my opinion. Rent a golf cart and easily access restaurants and grocery stores. Food prices are high in the area. We have 2 kids, 12 and 15 years old, and all four of us can't stop talking about what a wonderful vacation we had.

Patricia’s home was precisely what our group was looking for in Costa Rica—spacious enough for 9 people (including two couples), private and safe, full of amenities look cooking supplies, and responsive hosts. Patricia and Susan were more responsive than any host I’ve ever stayed with. They messaged us on Airbnb and other apps for ease of communication, and check-in, which was a breeze, included a tour with the property manager. They also connected us with the most trustworthy, affordable, high-quality transportation and tour company. The property was safe, well air conditioned, comfortable, and easily accessible. If our group finds ourselves in Guanacaste again, we’d love to return to Casa Bella Tortuga once more. You made my partner’s birthday and PhD graduation celebrations all the more special. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we loved lounging by the pool. Although a car is advisable for this area, the drive to beaches and stores was quick and easy. Would certainly recommend and stay here again!

We were a group of 8 people spending a week together for the first time. We had an amazing time and loved ‘our’ house and location. The presence of our housekeeper (Fresia) was undeniably the greatest benefit, and we are very grateful for her attention and responsiveness. Between Jennifer and Fresia, we felt cared for and heard. Both responded with speed and effectiveness and we were so grateful! Loved the area…Playa Grande and Tamarindo did not disappoint!!! Thank you Jennifer!

So many good things to say about this place and the concierge. First, the home is even better than the photos and they thought of every detail. The pool is an oasis with the most beautiful sunsets. We believe the absolute best time to visit is early May, but you really can’t go wrong. The concierge made great recommendations for our stay and they coordinated superb excursions for us. In addition, we hired Flamingo Foods (through concierge) and they hit it out of the park. The food, service and kitchen staff were wonderful. We felt very safe, there is a guard at the main security gate 24/7. There are also two more security gates that you go through as you go to the home within the gated community. Surrounding the property there is so much to do in Playa Flamingo. This beach was our favorite. Go get a massage in the beach. Also stop by Coco Loco at the beach for their famous “Coco Loco” drink. Play Flamingo Marina is also a hot spot to check out. Surf box, Santino Norte… Google it. 10/10

This Airbnb was perfect for 2 families (4 adults and 3 children from 4-6 years old). The short walk to the beach, Dante’s Rock, restaurants, surf rental, yoga and little shops within minutes was exactly what we had searched and hoped for! We were very grateful for the beach equipment (chairs, sun shades, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler and wagon). The house was very clean, with excellent A/C throughout and beautiful from top to bottom! Top notch appliances & well equipped for cooking. Netflix was great for the kiddos. The warm welcome and package was very appreciated. We felt very safe at all times, thank you for the added security! The pool and private outdoor area with shower, powder room and kitchen were a huge plus! 15 minute drive to a 24h urgent care and grocery store. We had homie chef come and cook for us, a must! Special mention to rip jack inn, pots and bowls, pacific horses in conchal and the farmers market in Tamarindo on Saturday morning. Don’t hesitate to book this amazi

Great house, great vacation, very responsive host!

This was a nice and convenient to Playa Langosta and Tamarindo without being in the more crowded Tamarindo area. We did have to ask for a few things that weren’t ready when we got there but they were responsive. There were many monkey sightings even some on the roof a few times. Very cool. Resident iguanas during our stay, and lots of parrots and other wildlife around the house. Nice access to a secluded beach on Playa Langosta, but not suitable for swimming, however, you get a beautiful beach and get to experience the full force of the Pacific as it waves roar in at high tide and smash into the rocks. Low tide is great for tide pools and wading with kids. Close to Tamarindo and many restaurants and bars. Rent surfboards nearby at one of the many surf shops. Pura Vida.

We had a great and peaceful stay here. The place is a bit secluded but that is what I wanted as I prefer to be surrounded by nature. We also explored new beaches that haven’t before. It was perfect for our stay and place looks like the pics.

Booked Casa Lulu for our family vacation. It was perfect. Everyone had their own space, and there were also accommodations for our one year old. We loved having the privacy of our own place but also close to everything. The pool and backyard were great. Just beware of bugs and pack your bug spray (normal for Costa Rica).

Casa Amigos was honestly the perfect getaway! The place is beautiful (just as pictured) and was well equipped with everything we needed. The only issue we encountered was with the drainage in the bathrooms, which was promptly remedied once we spoke with William and his team. Everyone was very prompt in their responses and they helped us navigate Tamarindo and the surrounding area. Lastly, I'd recommend renting a car as the villa its not a walkable distance to the beach/town.

Sébastien’s home was perfect ! I always pack my own seasonings to cook and extra wash cloth’s , however it was already many available .Myself,fiancé and our 15yr old daughter enjoyed every part of the house. We used the pool daily even during the rain showers 😆We watched movies in the inside bar/living area daily . He even added a few local (Pilsen) beers in the fridge which my fiancé enjoyed . The home was very private and the restaurants near the home were delicious . We went for coffee every morning at the Beach Break Surf Cafe near by and the owners were amazing . The wings at the Las Olas Brewing right on the main road was delicious. El Huerto Playa Grande pizza &dessert was delicious , few beaches were near by. All within walking distance !! However,we did have a rental . Just loved it everything ! Will be returning and 10/10 recommend .Thank You

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. A special mention goes to Jenni, the mucama, whose service truly stood out—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was always clean and well-organized. Her warm presence added a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Kattya was AMAZING!! She helped us plan excursions, promptly answered every question (we had a lot!), suggested restaurants, and found us an extra golfcart for our large group. Norma is the caretaker of the property and you can pay her extra to cook meals. DO IT!!! We had Norma cook us breakfast every morning. She shopped, prepared the meal, and cleaned. We had fresh fruit with every breakfast & the coffee was perfection. Norma cooked one dinner for us, but we should've had her cook every dinner. We had grilled chicken and Mahi Mahi, rice, beans, mango salsa, and pico. We ate dinners out but nothing compared to Norma (cost & taste. We wanted to experience local restaurants but should've eaten with Norma & gone out after for drinks. Mauricio was hired to drive us and he is a HOOT! Local and knows everyone! Beds are comfortable. AC works great! There is street noise but once you're behind the gate on the property, it is like your own paradise. Iguanas are everywhere! So cool!
