Holiday rentals with beach access in Tamarindo

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

Bo Jungle looks exactly like the photos, if not better in person. As someone who is major on cleanliness and organization, I give this airbnb a 10. You are definitely surrounded by nature which I love especially waking up listening to the birds chirping but not so much the frogs at night lol. I enjoyed the pool area, great for relaxing and ideal for content. The property is well maintained, secure and quiet which was a plus. As a solo traveler I approve. The hosts were great! Very friendly and responsive. There are restaurants and stores further into Tamarindo and a few spots within walking distance. As far as transportation, I highly recommend Uber to get around. From my experience, I found them to be honest very helpful and genuinely kind. If you’re booking excursions or going surfing please be sure to do your research and make sure you’re booking with a trusted guide and driver with real credentials. For surfing, I recommend Tomas King who is literally a pro surfer with experience.

Great place to stay. Central location and very convenient check in and check out process. Security on the premises were also very nice. Really great we could use the pool as well!

What a spot for a vacation! The location was prime and the room itself was well suited for everything you need. This is a hidden gem in the area. Things I appreciated the most: The ocean was steps away for a swim at anytime. The shop keepers and restaurant owners downstairs are great people and pleasant to talk to during your stay. Waffle monkey (breakfast) and Portofino are the best spots for breakfast, fresh seafood, low cost happy hours, and fire show at night during sunset. You can literally walk anywhere in minutes. There is 3 separate door with locks to get to your top floor rental so this spot is very safe! If you are lucky, you'll notice a 5 foot iguana that rests in the trees to your right off the porch, spending days in the trees. Alvaro is the mgmt person who helps you. He speaks great English and responds rapidly to questions. Can't wait to return and bring family. The two units next to each other would be an ideal joint rental for a group of 5-7 people. Highly recommend!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! It is about a 5 minute drive to Coco Beach and they have fun restaurants to try nearby! The place was so cozy, the AC worked great, and everything was clean. We didn't have time to access any of the beach clubs, but the hosts gave clear directions/instructions on how to enjoy those. Shortly after we left, the host messaged us and said we had left an item behind. Their cleaning staff graciously met us at the Airbnb to return the item to us. We so appreciated this. I would highly recommend a stay here!

My girlfriend and I spent a few days at Casita Coco and we cannot say enough good about the accommodation and the hosts. The check in was very easy along with the directions provided being very clear for finding the place. There are many great beaches nearby within a short drive or walking distance in a lot of cases. The restaurant selection is also wonderful and there is a market nearby to get something to cook if you wanted to spend a nice evening in together. Lastly we were very impressed with not only the cleanliness and decor, the scenery and amenities also really stood out. We will absolutely be back as everything about Casita Coco was a positive experience for us. Thank you Claire and Christophe :)

Great location, responsive hosts and perfect home away from home. Easy to explore the local area, while still be close by.

The apartment was just perfect for our week long stay. It was huge with plenty of space. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make coffee and cocktails. We even had a full size fridge. The rooftop area was an added plus. We hung out there at night and could hear the howler monkeys. The apartment is also a 5-10 minute walk to Playa Brasalitp and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

A peaceful getaway with modern design. I highly recommend this place, it has beautiful green areas and nature. Shoutout to the pool it’s better than the photos.

First foreign experience on Airbnb...Great stay! We enjoyed the villa, pool, and outdoor terrace attached to the bedrooms. Wishlist for the playa Conchal which is nearby by car. To relax and rest, it's a great place. Marie is very welcoming and quickly responds to our questions.

Amazing place to stay with the family

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

Great place to stay. Close to Brasilito and Conchal and local restaurants. Quiet and peaceful little place. Very enjoyable. Would stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of pool options. Our favorite space was the rooftop deck! Watching sunrises and sunsets, grilling and even washing clothes- it was all really enjoyable. We would stay here again!

Awesome place and great host

Great pad, close to everything from shopping, restaurants, bars, beach. On a quiet street away from all the tourists but a few steps to all that you need. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in town. Stephanie was super nice and a wealth of local knowledge that was very helpful in navigating my stay.

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

We had a lovely stay, great hosts and perfect location. Close to the pool , safe, quiet, very comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking. Wonderful family time !

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

The initial directions were confusing. But Mirko and Mariana were very prompt with replies and their directions provided afterwards were very clear. They are very helpful and friendly. Great place and location. (Only the bathroom needs a little updating - cutest tiny bathroom sink ever, though!)
