The view from this unit is unparalleled. Great space and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet at the pool.

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

Amazing views. The complex is very secure with a guarded gate. Two pools and a gym. Only feedback is the AC units are undersized for the villa, especially the master bedrooms. It was 85 degrees at night inside with the AC running on high. The unit needs bigger AC units that are appropriate for its size. For the price, we should not be sweating to death at night. Other than that, great place.

Beautiful and spacious condo. Very well equipped. One of the nicest places we’ve experienced in all of Central America. Host is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have all that you need. Highly recommend. We will surely be back.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. We had a phenomenal stay here! We had a private balcony, large airbnb and access to all the amenities (tennis, pickle ball, pool, ice plunge). We were a less than 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. There was no noise and the AC was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again

This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Awesome place and great host

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay, the best complex in Tamarindo area by far! Very comfortable bedding also, which js not the standard in many places here! Highly recommend!

This was the final stay of our 2 week trip in Costa Rica and easily our favorite stay. David was such a lovely host, a kindred spirit as my wife would say, and very helpful. The condo had everything you could need, even beach equipment like chairs, cooler and boogie boards. It was very homey and stocked with all your general essentials, even less common items like a crockpot! We had a 10/10 stay and hope to be back again soon! Thank you David!

Beautiful Airbnb and amazing views of Tamarindo coast line! The views added to such a great experience. Having washer and dryer is a plus. We used the access to the gym almost everyday! Host is extremely responsive and gave good recommendations. Location is ideal and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and town! We love going to Reserva Conchal and Daphne's place had everything we wanted, from plenty of bedrooms, to a great location and view overlooking the golf course. Once inside the reserve, we had access to both The Westin and The W and all the amenities they had to offer. Great place to spend a weekend.

This was an amazing, safe haven for us to enjoy our vacation. My kids loved the room and the complex - the pools, playground, games room, walks to the beach, wildlife, and the other families we met. Everyone in the community was friendly.

This house was absolutely incredible even better than the pictures! We stayed at the house for nine days and 2 families total. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The beds were so comfy, top of the line kitchen, the most gorgeous outdoor kitchen, etc etc! I could go on and on. We LOVED the outdoor pool area and the location was amazing. We hope to be back one day! Jessica was super responsive and a wonderful host. Pura Vida!

We loved our stay at Casa Nya. Everything is exactly as listed, even more beautiful in person, everything we needed was right in the villa, excellent communication from host and they even booked us some reservations at great restaurants. 10/10 recommend this Villa, very safe gated neighborhood and surrounded by other beautiful villas, but yet very private. Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home. We loved the pool and used it multiple times a day. The pool area is perfect to listen and watch the monkeys. We cooked meals in the kitchen, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The community was very clean and safe. Lots of options to eat near by and the grocery store was close and easy to get to. Anytime we had a question they would respond very quickly. New houses are being built around the house so there is noise during the day, but that is mentioned in the write up.

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

Our stay in Potrero was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. Francisco was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Amy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions and offer helpful local recommendations. The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable—truly a home away from home. The pool was nice and refreshing, a wonderful addition that made relaxing after a day of exploring even better. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the sunset experience in Las Catalinas and dining at Sentido Norte. Do yourself a favor and make time for both. The views are breathtaking, and the food and atmosphere at Sentido Norte are top-notch. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and well-hosted Costa Rican getaway!

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

The hosts made the stay amazing with constant communication and great recommendations about what to do in the area. The house was beautiful and perfect for a girls trip or Spring break vacation. The beaches were super close, and the hosts helped us coordinate a van that we had to drive around the whole week. Such an amazing trip!
