Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

The high ceilings and huge windows enable viewing of the surrounding garden from the comfort of your bed. Free WIFI, 50 Mpbs Playa Callejones is a 20 minute a walk. Playa Negra is a 5 miinute drive.
