We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Beautiful property, peaceful and right on the lake. Brittni was very responsive and the instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. Would definitely stay again.

Ana was such a great host. She gave us a tour of her places and showed us where everything was at. She is such a pleasant and kind person. The area that she lives in is such a cute area

Mary was efficient and welcoming. The Farm was the perfect place for 3 generations of family from all over the country to come together to celebrate our niece’s college graduation. A comfortable 1800s family farmhouse provided a home base and a place for rest and breaking bread together. Mary and her brother were the perfect combination of thoughtful, engaging, and respecting our privacy. This is no corporate Airbnb! Not perfect, in terms of extreme cleanliness, and that was part of the charm. The classic rural New England environment (yet convenient to amenities) was beautiful and relaxing within a VERY busy few days celebrating the graduate and each other. Mary and her brother shared the history of their family home and made several extra visits to make sure we were comfortable in the old farmhouse during an unseasonably cold and wet week in Sutton. Thank you, Mary!!!

Gina was a wonderful host who was very considerate of me traveling with my 1 year old. The space was perfect for what we needed and conveniently located. I would stay here again.
