Villa holiday rentals in St-Laurent-du-Var

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

The villa was lovely for a family get away. We even had a chicken that we called Basil come into the garden and there was also a cute cat that we saw. We did not name the cat. Julien was excellent at promptly responding to all of our questions and the location is beautiful.

Très belle villa dans un cadre idyllique dans l'arrière pays Niçois. Un très beau coin de base pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo ! la piscine est un plus pour se reposer après les journées sous le soleil. Nous étions avec des amis pour un weekend à vélo et avons passé un excellent séjour. Aude est très réactive et disponible. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois ! Merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Denis a été très réactif pour la communication et très arrangeant pour l’arrivée dans les lieux. Je recommande !

这套别墅建在山顶。用Google导航有些不准确。大概还要在走两间房子的距离。门牌号很清楚。找起来很方便。房子周围是安静的居民区。有两层楼。入户的一层有两间卧室，两个洗手间一间浴室。楼下还有两间各包含浴室和卫生间的卧室。我们只有三个人所以很多房间都浪费了。别墅去到海边不远，可以从房屋后的楼梯下山步行。不太好走。爬楼比较累。也可以开车去海边附近大概100米的地方。我发现有好大一片停车场。在地图露营地的附近。海边沙滩沙质还可以可以下海游泳。别墅周围我没有发现吃饭的地方。饭店都集中在海边。我们购物都去附近大概8–9公里的大超市E Leclerc SAINT RAPHAEL。 我们入住时虽然经历了一个小波折但是房东和marie人很好。还送了小礼物表示歉意。 房子的风景简直太美了，比图片上看到的风景美太多。如身在旅游景区一样。加热泳池也很好游。我们很遗憾就住了这么几天。 唯一的小缺陷就是床品陈旧了，该换新的了。

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.

Wir haben zu viert eine grossartige Woche in Louis Unterkunft verbracht. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Joss herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos! Es ist alles sehr sauber, sogar der „Pool-Boy“ kam einmal vorbei. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist super, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Louis ist sehr angenehm. Louis nimmt sich Sonderwünschen an und hilft bei Fragen gerne weiter. Die extrem kurze Reaktionszeit von teilweise nur wenigen Minuten habe ich sehr geschätzt! Man fühlt sich super aufgehoben und kann die Ferien einfach nur geniessen:-). Ich würde nichts ändern wollen, es waren fantastische Ferien. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! DANKE!

This was an ideal place for my birthday celebration. The villa and grounds are beautiful and include a great kitchen (with a vintage stove), a heated swimming pool, a spacious sunbathing area, and a great covered area for outdoor cocktails. I really can't imagine better Air B&B hosts than Virginia and Patrice. They responded to our every need and were especially helpful with my wife's illness (they even took her to urgent care). They win the prize for best Air B&B hosts ever! The property provides convenient access to Sant Paul-de-Vence and other towns in the area (though the walk up to the village may be a bit daunting for some), and there are a bakery and supermarket nearby. One of the bedrooms is a non-private loft, and the three full bathrooms are within the other bedrooms, so if you need four private rooms you should arrange for use of the detached studio apartment. All in all, this was a fantastic choice for a visit to Saint Paul, which we would highly recommend to others.

Ns avons passe une semaine magnifique a la Villa Orange. Malgre un debut complique, etant donnee la presence d enfants en bas age, la terrasse qui surplombe la piscine n etait pas suffisament securisee. Katie et son mari ont vraiment compris et ont coopere afin de trouver une solution satisfaisante. Le cadre est magnifique, tres calme et la villa (en particulier la piscine) etait vraiment agreable et fonctionnelle. Nous gardons un tres bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la flexibilité de nos hotes tout au long du séjour.

Wir durften die Osterferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Laurent war ein hervorragender und überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus ist neu und hervorragend ausgestattet. Insbesondere die riesige Küche und das wunderschöne Wohnzimmer suchen ihres gleichen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von dem unbeschreiblichen Meerblick. Diesen hat man aus allen Zimmern. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man hervorragend grillen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Der Infinity-Pool ist atemberaubend. Wir können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen. Auf jeden Fall werden wir, sobald es geht, wiederkommen!

Dans un cadre idyllique, la maison offre des prestations de qualité : literie, salles de bain privées, cuisine pratique et largement équipée pour 7, une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A beautiful home - thank you for allowing us to stay. Very clean and modern with a good security system. Driveway is steep but manageable and so worth it to get to the view. The bedrooms are comfortable and AC is good. Two fridges are great. Loved the lounges around the pool. Both Maud and Laura were excellent at answering questions, plus Laura helped us out at short notice with any issues, and got us great tables at 2 nearby restaurants. We loved the peaceful environment and beaches around Les Issambres and it was a great base for visiting Saint Tropez by boat, and Saint Raphael by car or bus, as well as other Cote D'Azur beaches and villages.
