Claridge court is a prestigious building converted into 4 apartments with immaculately-maintained gated communal areas, Bedroom 1 has French doors opening to a beautiful balcony that has seating for 2 looking over the large lawn area. The bedroom has a super king size vi spring bed dressed in Egyptian cotton bedding. A top of the range 8k qled television is hung directly in front of the bed. The bedroom has hue light with black out curtains. The mattress is handmade in Plymouth.

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
