Holiday rentals with a home cinema in South Hams District

We had a wonderful short break as a family of 4 - children age 12 and 15. They loved the pool and was bigger than we thought it was going to be. The property is very well equipped and in an ideal location to explore the area. The view from the property is amazing and caught a wonderful sunset! The host was really responsive when we had a query. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anne’s apartment, with its stunning views and excellent facilities. No complaints at all, apart from the fact that I’m going to miss that view terribly! Dartmouth itself is fabulous and the position of the apartment is perfect, close to all amenities. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

This was my 2nd time staying at Zaneta's apartment and did not disappoint again. The apartment is beautiful and in a stunning location. Zaneta was very responsive to messages and answered all questions quickly. I will definitely stay again on my next visit - hopefully, it will be available!

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

Amazing stay at this lovely flat right across from The beach with sea views. The home is super quiet and the tub was amazing to relax after walking around the town. Very close to delicious restaurants like Lobster Longue. The host was so responsive and gave amazing local recommendations for food. And it’s a short 10min walk from the train station if you’re traveling in by. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Lovely house in a quiet residential area, perfectly situated, in between Torquay and Paignton and also very close to the pretty village of Cockington - would recommend the Drum pub/restaurant. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome goodies were a lovely thoughtful addition. The standouts for us were the hot tub, which my daughter especially loved and used everyday! And the man cave was a brilliant additional space , we loved relaxing as a family in the evening with the games provided and Netflix. Lucy and Lloyd were very responsive to a couple of questions we had during our stay, would definitely recommend

Perfect place. Our group of 12 included a 9 month old and grandparents and this house accommodated all... Such a gorgeous house that looks genuinely better than the photos. All 6 bedrooms were comfy, every room in the house beautifully done and the garden great for all. The kids loved the cinema and games room. House very spacious and would definitely come back! Easy 10 minute drive to Lyme Regis and Seaton in a very quiet area.

Lovely old house, beautifully restored and stylishly decorated. Very pleasant vibe with piano and guitar available to tinker on. Winner Street has loads of character, and it’s an easy walk to the town centre, the harbour and the local beach. A number of charming coves can be reached by a pleasant walk along the coast path, or a short drive away. In summary, a beautiful house, a very nice location and a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara’s beautiful home. There’s no better place to watch the world go by in Fowey harbor. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with plenty of spaces for our family of 5 to enjoy being together and apart. Sara was welcoming and responsive host. Thanks for a magical 6 days.

Absolutely fantastic place, all the facilities you could need even if the weather is bad theres plenty to keep you busy, with beautiful surroundings, and a great pub 10 minutes walk away. highly recommend this place for large groups and families looking for some relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay in Louisa’s home. It was perfect for our family, homely and stylish with everything we needed. The pool table and darts board were an excellent addition for our teenage children. The views were stunning and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The walk into Totnes was quick and easy. Lots of helpful recommendations and instructions left for us too. Louisa was welcoming and friendly via text, and very approachable with any queries. Would highly recommend!
