Fairytale location with sea view in Rörum in Österlen.

Dream place in Nature.. Close to everything! Wonderful house and garden. Charming spacious and comfortable with Sagolik view over meadows, fields, ocean & forest. Generous with beds and extra beds with screenings are arranged easily, several comfortable sofas in two separate living rooms and a large homey kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a closet space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides the highest level WIFI and the 4G mast is also close by. For the children there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2025 v24-v27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly)

Welcome to Bästekille, a charming village about 3 km from Kivik. Here you wake up among apple groves and grazing cows. In the surroundings you will find a fantastic bakery in southern Mellby. Swimming you do in Kivik or in beautiful Vitemölla. Across the road there is a farm shop with eggs, potatoes as well as vegetables according to season, all requirements marked. Open 24 hours. For those interested in art, the Art Gallery Factory is located in our village Bästekille.

Welcome to our guesthouse! We are a small family of 4 living close to nature, growing eco veggies and there are animals around, sheeps, chickens plus cats. Here we have a beautiful surrounding with magic forests and fields with the sea 9 km away. We live next to a sweet pittoresk dirt road that connects to a famous cafe 2 km away where also a grocery store is. There is a possibility to buy Eco eggs and fresh sallad/veggies when its season. Welcome again to our haven.

Cottage of 64 sqm a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. Perfect for the family with two adults and 2-3 kids. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as on arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning supplies available.
