Close to service, restaurants, ICA and pharmacy. The apartment has a private patio with barbecue in a sunny location with evening sun and magical views, surrounded by horse pastures and rapeseed fields. Fresh eggs are available at the farm! Locally produced raw materials can be ordered. Apt has one double bed and one single bed, can be added more sleeping places. Bed linens and towels can be rented.

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. I hjärtat av Österlen med närhet till alla fantastiska sevärdheter ligger vår Skånelänga från 1909. Omringad av böljande skånska fält och med sociala ytor såväl ute som inne önskar vi att ni ska trivas hos oss. I bostaden finns två anlagda uteplatser därav en med utekök (grill och ytor för tillredning av mat, ej vatten och el). Vidare finns två sovrum, ett fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch och ett sällskapligt vardagsrum. Bara ett stenkast från huset ligger Listarums naturreservat.

Well-equipped house with a lot of space for socializing. Ideal for 2 families since the guest house has ensuite bathrooms. Large garden with a total plot area of over 2000 sqm. 100 sqm large patio deck around half the house. Great for families with children, as we ourselves have 4. About 600 meters to a very nice sand beach. The house is a zero-energy house where solar cells produce electricity corresponding to annual consumption.

Stendala gård är en trelängad skånegård som omges med natursköna åkrar och ängar, mitt på Österlen i byn Östra Vemmerlöv. Härifrån är det 5 minuter till naturreservatet Sträntemölla och Gyllebosjön med fiske, bad och vacker lövskog, 10 minuter till Mandelmanns gård, 10 minuter till golf, 15 minuter till havsbad och mycket annat som Österlen har att erbjuda. Det är fridfullt och lugnt. Det är lätt att trivas på Stendala gård!

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.
