Cabin holiday rentals in Sweden

We had a fantastic two weeks and were very welcome by Léon and Karin. We have loved the tranquility and space at the beautiful lake. The villa is very fully equipped, with all the comforts. We felt at home. Every evening we had the wood stove on and in the fire pit on the mountain we had winter- bbq. Sausages on the fire and mashmallows, and then enjoy the immense silence, wow! We fished and we were allowed to use the sled to sled from the mountain and toys were also ready. The kids were fantastic. The walks in the folder were also nice to do. So many nice things to see in the area. Gränna, Eksjo and more. In the night visit of deer and at Christmas visit from Santa Claus! So nice! Winter wonderland. We are fully equipped and actually didn't want to go home anymore. A fabulous Christmas and New Year's Eve. We will definitely be back!

Great location, it was so peaceful. It's cozy and we immediately felt right at home. Just the sounds of birds and wind in the trees. We loved the hot tub! on our second day we saw a moose just 3 mins from the cabin. Nox was very responsive and proactive with the communication. Would definitely come back again!

We stayed here over Easter and were so happy we booked for the next Easter right after 🙂

We had a fabulous few days in Helene’s woodland retreat. The experience of the hot tub in the trees was a highlight, as was watching the wildlife in the early morning from the picture windows. Helene was an excellent communicator and answered all our queries promptly. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a small maintenance issue but this was dealt with immediately by Helene’s friendly Father ( Jan), who lives close by. The property is well used and has a lived in feel, this did not detract from our experienced but contributed to our feeling of being in someone’s home. We would choose to stay here again if we revisit the region. Thank you Helene and Jan.

Great communication, and all was as advertised in the listing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The second year we rented Thony's cabin for fishing on Lake Vänern. Nothing to complain about. We had a boat with us that we could easily moor down by the jetty. The only thing that could be negative for physically limited people is the steep staircase up to the loft. Thony is very nice and helpful if anything is needed. We'll be back for sure.

This is our second stay at Jonatan and Josefina's lovely place. Once again we had a delightful time and hope to visit again sometime soon.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cabin for the weekend. Britta is an amazing host who really elevated the experience. Got a chance to greet the animals, burn in the stoves, eat breakfast outdoors with the view of the farm and swim in the hot tub under the starry sky. Recommend shopping in the farm shops that are around Sollebrunn and visit Gräfsnäs castle ruin. Very happy with the visit, perfect oasis for getting out of town. Thanks Britta!

We were so lucky to get this place booked for a weekend trip with the family. The owners were very nice and welcoming. They were present when you needed them and came with good recommendations for activities and dining places. They were happy to show off the horses on the farm and share the farm's history. It was an experience to enjoy the horses grazing right outside the door. Would highly recommend!

Katarina is an amazing host who is kind, showed us around, gave us tips and was very helpful at all times. The cottage was magical, exactly as described. We spent the most of the time grilling outside the cottage with the lake view. It was a really relaxing weekend and we definitely recommend Katarina as a host! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Very nice cabin and environment! Everything you could possibly need for a nice stay was there! (brought my own bed linen and towels). The bottom line, very happy! :)

Karin is an amazing host who makes you feel at home. The cabin is cozy and the beds comfortable. The nature, the animals grazing around the corner, the sauna and the sea - everything was amazing! The good breakfast up at Sävö farm's cafe was above and beyond with home made bread and granola!

We had a very great stay, the host lent us the canoe for the day. We paddled along the lake it is so peaceful. On the night the host gave us some wood to make a barbeque, there was no many mosquitos, it was so nice. I really recommand this place, it's completly worth it ! ;)

Karin’s Lillstuga is a wonderful place to relax in a cozy country atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the historical ambience, a swimming possibility and the soothing peace and quiet. The stuga had all our family of four needed plus great recommendations for the area. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the nearby towns and villages! Many thanks!

Absolutely amazing place! We loved every minute we were allowed to spend here. The house, the forest, the lake make the perfect place to relax and get away from the noise of the city 🌳💚

We stayed 4 nights in the small hut and it was really nice! I didn't mind that the hut had no electricity. The candles and the oven make it really cozy in the evening and the hut is also very nicely furnished. The kitchen house is just a few steps away and is fully equipped with everything you need and also had electricity and hot water. A small path led to the sauna and the lake. We used the sauna twice and it is really recommended. It's really incredibly beautiful there. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to switch off, this is the place for you. I'm already missing it Elin was also super nice and showed us everything in peace and explained and was always easy to reach when we had questions. Thank you for this wonderful holiday :)

We loved it here! The accommodation is beautiful and cozy, Fabian super friendly and could even speak German, which we did not expect here. We felt very comfortable and would come back if we were nearby!

A truly amazing experience - to be close to nature with the most beautiful surroundings and a private lake just to jump into. The coziest "luxury primitive" home that has what you need for an extended weekend. Beautiful hosts with easy and fast communication. Definitely worth a visit.

Sandra's place was just great. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and had extended the stay at short notice. Just great for unwinding in nature. The fireplace and sauna were the highlights. We will be happy to come back!

We arrived and felt right at home. The house is a dream and the lake right next to it is a great way to explore nature by kayaks or boat. All in all, we had a great time and will be happy to come back. :)
