Holiday rentals with lake access in Simrishamn Municipality

We have enjoyed ourselves very much, both in the house and with the environment. Perfect with fenced plot, the house is spacious and fresh. Charlotte was very nice in our contact and gave many good tips on everything from destinations to food places. We will gladly come back and would like to stay longer than 2 nights!

We spent a few days in Christers place and we enjoyed it a lot. Cozy fireplace and warm Jacuzzi made a wonderful stay for us! Christer was always responsive for any requests. Would definitely recommend staying at Christers place.

Great place to get away, we went with our kids and they had a great time playing in the backyard and with all the toys in the house. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless, amazing!

Beautiful house with lovely surroundings. Close to beach and forest, perfect for hiking and quiet holidays. The house has everything you need. Personal and uncomplicated check in. Highly recommend the place and the host.

We were lucky enough to spend 6 days in the beautiful house, Ronnie was a great host, the house was very clean on our arrival and everything was as described, it is very idyllic on the edge of the forest, which we found very relaxing, we especially enjoyed the lake which can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes or by car in 3 minutes. We spent our days swimming and fishing. Regarding fishing, it should be mentioned that Ronnie has a boat on the lake, which can be used by arrangement. The fishing license costs 400 SK per family. The lake is very rich in fish and gave us good catches. We were completely satisfied and would come back any time

We were incredibly happy with our stay! It is an amazing environment that the house is in and it lives up to all the pictures. We also took a longer walk of about 30 minutes to Svarte train station to take the train to Ystad over the day. I really appreciated all the good communication with the host Sandra before and am grateful for a very nice and good service. I highly recommend this accommodation!

On our way to Sandarne, this was a perfect stopover. Due to the nice beds, we had a great night's sleep.

We were three couples renting this house for a weekend, we ate well and bathed between meals and enjoyed the quiet island. We are very satisfied with our stay at Åsa's house and hope we get the opportunity to rent next summer again. PS. we loved the decor and Åsa's ceramics ☀️

Nice interior apartment very close to the train station and the ferry terminal. It is located on a busy street but is well soundproofed. A plus is that loan bikes are included. Mats responds quickly, is accommodating and flexible. Thank you for letting us check in earlier and borrow a bike to make an excursion to Ale stones!

Nice hosts. We felt like at home. Got privacy and could take walks both by the beach, the harbor and in the woods. The place is peaceful on the water. You can sit on the balcony and have your morning coffee at sunrise. Extra plus is the coffee machine in the kitchen. The large panoramic windows facing the sea have a fantastic view towards Pukavik Bay if it is clear weather. Tastefully decorated and well planned. Just 50 meters to a beach. Nice restaurants in Hörvik as well. Both Fiskerian and Kajutan are cozy places to grab a bite to eat. Also, we were able to charge the car, so it was just to pop away when we check out. A great place, quite simply! Highly recommend it.

Ideally located for visiting Ystad and Scania. The extreme proximity to the sea is much appreciated. The street to cross and you eat on the beach. Communication with Mats was easy. And if you don't have an aversion to the late '80s decor, you'll have a great stay like us!

We absolutely loved staying at this summer house! The location is just perfect, you are sheltered from the wind by the dune but still only have a one minute walk to the beach. One of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been too! The photos don‘t do it justice. Håkan was a great host, he even provided sand toys for our kids and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come again!

The two of us spent 3 weeks in Håkan's vacation home. The contact with Håkan was very good from the start. He met us on arrival at the street and showed us the way. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Håkan was always available for our questions and gave us useful tips and hints for things to do nearby. His raspberries and cherries, which we were allowed to eat, tasted wonderful. In addition to Håkan's hospitality, we particularly liked the proximity to the animals. There are many cows almost right in front of the house. On the way to the lake you sometimes get very close to them. The neighbors' rooster and hens visited us every day on the property and the neighbors' cat also came by every evening to say good night. For us, it was a relaxing, sunny vacation with a great host. We will be happy to come back.

Ossian is a wonderful host and the space was great! Only have good things to say. Ossian was very responsive & helpful, and provided super clear instructions and even some nice local tips on things to see and do. The place was exactly as pictured and described, really charming, clean and spacious. It also had a bunch of kids toys inside and out which my son (2.5 years old) really enjoyed and meant that we didn't have to pack as many. It was a perfect place for a long weekend getaway and can definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a house with rustic charm, especially those with young children.

Idyllic house in a lovely environment. Many rooms and plenty of space, inside- and outside the house. The hosts are caretaking and conscience people, which is visible in the way they decorated the house and the way they designed the garden. We had a great experience as a more-generations-holiday.

We ended our Sweden trip at Niklas’ place and we had such a great time. The house is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and the garden is fantastic. It is a very child friendly place, lots of toys, and our three kids loved it a lot! We didn’t know anything about Österlen, but it is a beautiful region. The fantastic swimming lake is great for small kids and you can walk there from the house. The nearby beach of Knäbäckshusen must be one of the most beautiful ones in Sweden and only 10mins by car. Thank you to the hosts for sharing this little paradise with us :)

Important to note, the cabin is divided into three cabins, kitchen and allroom with wood-burning stove - bedroom/bath - sauna, everywhere there is a view of the lake that is completely quiet but thankfully birdsong from the forest, views of grazing animals - a place for pure relaxation. Nothing is missing, just book lots of time; o)
