In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm large private small house with two bedrooms at each end (respectively 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with its own barbecue.

In the morning you can grab your morning dip and then buy breakfast bread from the local bakery. Kivik offers long sea walks, restaurants, cafes, shops, playgrounds, etc. You can easily be without a car without a car as the house is located in the middle of the community. You reach beautiful Österlen at short distance via car or bus.

Open plan cottage 70 m², just 100 m from the beach

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

By the sea in Brantevik

By the beach in Brantevik is a small guesthouse overlooking the sea and where only a small walk separates the house from the water. Bengt Lindroos architect. There are four single beds, two in the loft and two in a sofa bed (but the house is small for 4 adults). There is also a small kitchenette, with two hot plates, microwave and fridge as well as a toilet, shower and washing machine. If you need additional beds, there is a nice shed next to the house that can be rented for a supplement.

This splendid holiday home is in the Österlen Idyll of Kivik. The house is in a central location and offers a view of the sea and the harbour, which is just 400 metres from the house. The garden is huge and sunny. There are several terraces next to the house. Especially from the huge bedroom, enjoy a view of the grave mounds of Kungagraven, which is the largest of its kind that dates back to the Bronze Age of Sweden. Lots of room for family and friends.

Our guest house is located only 400 meters from the ocean in the very picturesc village of Örnahusen. The house is newly renovated with a new, fully equiped kitchen, 2019. We run a sourdough bakery next door. Check out Gamla Bageriet at social media. Within walking distance you can also visit Jord & Bord, an Indian clothing shop, a carpentry and you can buy your vegetables at Örnahusen gårdsbutik. The beaches are easy accesible within walking distance.
