In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Do you enjoy old charm,so welcome to the loft on Bergåsa! The house consists of 3 flats. 2 on the ground floor,and this loft. In addition, large terrace,overlooking the sea. From there, a staircase leads down to the garden. There are also stairs in the house,not the best for small children. Electric barbeque is available on the terrace,and charcoal barbeque in the garden. Two bedrooms,and extra mattress by the stairs. Open kitchen,and dining room. A little worn with charm. I also live on the farm,so hustle and bustle. Nice cat might visit.
