Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

After a few kilometers of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will come to this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is located at a high altitude and the view of Hanöbukten with the stone head nature reserve in the background is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forests, along trails or by the sea. You are between heaven and sea in one of the most beautiful places in Österlen. Proximity to sea and swimming, towns, villages that offer food, fish shops, farm shops, cafes, restaurants, music performances, flea markets, etc.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Modern and cozy accommodation in bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a dead end street and with walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, padel court, swimming area and playground. In the house there are 4 sleeping places divided into 2 larger bedrooms, the other with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is only 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather fails, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Tycker ni om gamla hus med bevarade detaljer,så välkomna till Bergåsa! Stora huset består av tre lägenheter. Ni har egen ingång och trädgård. wifi och cromecast finns. Jag bor i ena ladan och min syster i den andra. Så det kan vara lite liv och rörelse,men vi är snälla och enkla. Det kan komma en katt på besök. Luta dig tillbaka - du har koll på allt direkt från den generösa sängen. Vagnen har allt du behöver, med pentry, vattentoa, dusch, och en kamin som gör även vintern mysig här. Naturreservatet är ett stenkast bort, och väl tillbaka - kanske en smakprovning med gårdens cider - Österskens Torra?

The house is located in Baskemölla hills, just above the fishing village, with nightingale, cuckoo and tree frogs right nearby. Whether you come by car, bus or bike, Baskemölla is a perfect starting point for a successful Österlen vacation. Just a short walk to the sea with a swimming area and fantastic hiking trails. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but not cats (due to allergies). Rented Sunday-Sunday during the summer season.
