Beautiful and spacious house in quiet and relaxing surroundings, 800 m to the sea. Sheep paddocks and meadows surround the house. The house is located in the small village of Örnahusen in Österlen, close to some of Sweden's best mile-longe beaches and beautiful walking paths. Lammbacka has two floors of 140 square meters with a large kitchen (fully equipped), two living rooms and four bedrooms. There is a sauna and a spa pool (5 people). The house has a new large balcony with several seats.

The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.
