Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The owner lives with his 2 children in the adjacent house. Warm welcome!

Rural nature close to Österlengård

Along a private small gravel road, in the middle of the Skåne field landscape, with walking distance to Hagestad nature reserve and the water. Here, the farm is beautifully situated overlooking Rytterskulle. You will stay in our newly renovated outbuilding, equipped with everything needed for the vacation. In the surrounding garden, there are crops, flowers, berry bushes and fruit trees. Here you have access to your own patio. Note: In a separate house on the farm, we live, a family of two adults, a small child and a calm dog.

Little house at Österlen!

"Lilla Huset" is a private residence of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, a dining area and a kitchen with oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and floor heating. The house is only 1 km from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. Backagården has a restaurant and café nearby. Botanist's house

In Kåseberga you live close to nature, wildlife, the sea and the famous place Ales stones. You'll stay in the middle of the village on top of the old country store with all the amenities like free wifi and free parking. With a little walk down to the harbour you reach cafes, small shops and smokehouse. In the cozy garden there are barbecue facilities and fresh spices. A windy day fills the sea with happy surfers. Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandcafé. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, grill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are available.
