Monthly Rentals in Shively

The property is in a neighborhood with older remodeled homes. They have clearly done updates and basic necessities are provided. We had a large work group and their additional tiny home was a huge help with an additional bathroom and kitchenette. Albeit “tiny” Please know that this is a modest older home that is in line with surrounding homes. Don’t book expecting high end finishes etc. that could cost them a negative review. Comfortable, clean, roomy, safe neighborhood with easy access to expressways and minutes to University and Expo Center. They were excellent thoughtful hosts that were very accommodating to our large group.

The camper is in a fenced in yard area that feels very secure. The yard is really large and spacious. I really enjoyed the stay there and would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Great quaint home for our week stay. Comfortable beds. Had everything you needed to prepare food either in the cabinets or under the stove, which was a huge thing for us. Easy to get to location, always felt like it was a nice easy 10-15 minute drive to most places of interest for us. A grocery store is nearby and can walk to Churchill Downs if desired.

The Loft was a perfect little space for a weekend getaway! The space was very clean and well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay! The location couldn’t be any better to Downtown Louisville and just a 5 min walk away from Churchill Downs! Definitely will be coming back!!
