What an incredible stay! I came here for my bachelor trip as our home base to explore distilleries. This place really has it all! Everything you could want and you won’t ever need to leave the property. Great host, clear and thorough details regarding the property. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We stay here every year when visiting family for thanksgiving. It is perfect for our small family. The host is always so responsive. The property is beautiful. I can’t recommend this airbnb highly enough. Thank you Gordana!!

Our groups stay at the farmhouse was lovely! The surroundings were beautiful, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the separate game room from the house was super convenient! Between the house, game room, fire-pit, and pool/hot tub there is plenty to keep everyone happy and occupied. We had one issue with a shower not draining well and the host responded to my message immediately and sent over a handyman who was very nice and addressed the problem so it worked perfectly for the remainder of our trip.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay! The listing was even better than the photos presented… the decor was fabulous, the furnishings were such high quality, and the listing had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and answered any questions so quickly. The neighborhood has great restaurants, cute little shops, and three different swimming pools to choose from… all walkable! My children said it was “better than the beach”! They even have a common work space in the floor below the unit, which was great for when I needed to work and have some quiet. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Lisa and Brad are stellar hosts!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to welcome us back to their lovely home for our second family vacation. The house is beautifully furnished and the property is pristine. This is the perfect rental for a family stay; excellent location, close to town for groceries and necessities and not a far drive from many major attractions.

Jennifer was a great host! We were in town for a 2 day wrestling tournament. We had an unfortunate storm that knocked out power in the area on Friday night and then the power was still not back on Saturday evening when we were going to return to the place. Jennifer was amazing and refunded the cost of the place so we could get hotel rooms with power and get all 8 of us showered and rested to go back to the tournament on Sunday. This was above and beyond what I expected and I really appreciate the understanding of the situation.

Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Jenna was a wonderful host! she was very responsive and her place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, had clear instructions for check in/out, and a good atmosphere to it!

The Mashbill is a gem of a property and it was such a fabulous stay! It was exactly as described and the photos do NOT do this place justice. Matthew was a wonderful host and thought of all the touches that made my stay top notch. The decor is modern, stylish and spotless. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were so cool! Highly recommend - this place is hands down a 10 out of 10!

Every year the grounds get more mature and beautiful!! The owners are always such a pleasure to interact with and the thought put into all the wonderful outdoor activities are remarkable! We do a large family glamping trip yearly, something we always look forward to!

Only stayed two days in Courys place but it was great, I had a wonderful time there and it was really Private. I would stay again, great neighborhood, in Louisville and close to downtown.

Great spot for a stay in Louisville. Jason was a great host and provided tons of details about the house. I would recommend staying here if you come to Louisville.

We loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again. Perfect location for going to Churchill Downs. We also toured many distilleries in the area. The house was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen for our stay!

As long as you can get past the location. it's a great place, and certainly a good value. The neighborhood looked sketchy, it's next to a rentable party venue so there's a varying crowd spilling out of there where you park and access the property, but...a week spent there, my nice almost new truck parked in the alley spots, we didn't have a single issue, so it's mostly perception it seems. Only other complaint would be the road noise you hear in the front bedroom. Road is very active all night, lots of loud exhaust, lots of sirens. a couple of bedside fans be brought solved most of that. Otherwise, truly lovely places, lots of room, great kitchen, even better hosts! so responsive. so accommodating! As long as you aren't the type to get to focused on the surrounding area. you'll have a great stay and even greater value!

It was a bittersweet trip for us - my brother in law, sister, myself and my husband had been looking forward to our weekend for months when tragedy struck and my brother in law passed away unexpectedly. we decided the three of us would still come on the trip and we did our best to have a good time and toast a time to a family member that would have really loved the trip. The house is in an amazing location, close to restaurants and churchhill downs, even baseball at Louisville across the street. For us, it was convenient to be next to a Catholic Church as well. If we had the opportunity to stay again, we would come back here.

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

This magical space was this vintage loving girl’s dream stay! They kept all the charm of the home with modern twists that was just a dream for us! The bed is super comfortable a huge plus as that has not been the case at some in the past. They were so friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed coffee and tea on the patio and watched all the beautiful birds. It was the absolute best because they thought of everything we needed and more!! We can’t wait to come back again! Spaces like this spoil us for any other BNBs! You will not regret booking this beautiful space!
