“Stephanie and Andy were lovely hosts. Their space is so cute and cozy. We loved the set up and our pups loves the little yard and cool floor. We stayed during Covid so there wasn't a lot open on the street but it was a nice area with great buildings and parks. The apartment was also quiet as it was pushed back from the street. We're bummed we hadn't booked a longer stay, but would definitely stay here again.”
A beautiful loft located in the heart of downtown St. Louis. The loft is very centrally located right off of Washington Avenue. There are plenty of restaurants, stores, bars, games, and more right within walking distance.
“I arrived after 3 and left for a few hours. I came back then left again for dinner. I checked out early the next morning. I was only awake in the condo for a short time. I slept great in this quiet condo. The furniture has been updated since the photos I viewed so that was a nice upgrade. The space is very comfortable. Communication was great and check in process was simple. Parking might me a bit intimidating to a few solo travelers due to a high density of homeless and panhandlers in this downtown area. I’ve stayed in this area before, I think in the same building and covered parking was included. My parking during this stay was in an uncovered lot a couple blocks away and it was $24 for less than 24 hours, so my total expense was over $200 after all fees were included. I checked a few area lots based on recommendations of locals and these lots were either full or they don’t rent overnight spaces. I was told the parking tickets for meter violation are only $10 but I couldn’t confirm this - be smarter than I was and plan ahead for parking. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for hosting me.”
We are providing our home with additional COVID procedures including bleaching all towels and linens, disinfecting the home and most importantly having 3 days in between bookings for an added layer of safety. Step into St. Louis' history and the architecture that made it famous in this beautiful fully updated 1907 home. This late nineteenth-century Revival house is located right near downtown, the Soulard Farmer's Market, and beautiful Lafayette Park.
“Eric's AirBnB was a welcome stopover during a long road trip. He was extremely easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to some of our changing travel plans. Aside from the positives with Eric, the space itself is fantastic. It has clearly been well taken care of and the historic building's character comes through. My wife and I enjoyed staying there and would happily return or recommend it to anyone else.”
