Monthly Rentals in Shady Valley

Sundown Farms is an absolute gem. I arrived at Tri-Counties Airport, and the directions Maggie gave were spot on. Once I arrived, I was in awe of the area's beauty; the views are stunning. Self check-in was easy. I was greeted at the farm by Lucy and Fred, the donkeys, which made my day. Once inside, the house had everything one needs for a fantastic stay, and it was very clean. Mia, the neighbor's dog, came for a visit every day; she is so friendly and sweet. The owners of the cows came by and invited us to feed them the apple biscuits they had brought. Maggie was quick to respond, and as someone who has stayed at many Airbnbs, she was an amazing host, five-star all the way. We stayed in the area for my godson's wedding, which was minutes away. It made it very convenient and a perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the quietness between all the activities of the wedding weekend.

This was my first stay at an Airbnb, and it was lovely and peaceful. I instantly felt right at home and recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Mountain City. Debbi was a wonderful host!

We absolutely loved this adorable house! The porch was lovely, nice features included an outside fan which made it super comfortable. We loved the griddle for breakfast. The bed was comfy, couch comfy and the decor was beautiful. I loved being our visits from John (the dog) he was amazing. The new baby pigs was a pleasant surprise. We felt super safe. This tiny house is behind a large shed and some equipment so we were hidden from the road and the view off the porch was so serene! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Jackie was extremely kind and helpful, and the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed. The setting is beyond peaceful; my toddler loved running around the big yard. We appreciate Jackie hosting us!
