Newly remodeled, comfortable studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Boone. There is a separate parking area and private entrance to the apartment. You can sit outside on the porch and hear the creek, but are still only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. The apartment has a queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker.
“Sarah and Pace’s place was absolutely perfect! Every little detail was made to make sure we felt comfortable! The furnishings are very tasteful and make the place soooo cozy! Considering it’s a loft apartment there was surprisingly plenty of room - even in the shower that I assumed would be tight. Although the place is next to their home the way the entrance is facing the back you have amble privacy! I have already started recommending Sarah and Pace’s place to my friends who have kids at App State which is very close in proximity along with restaurants and all that the area has to offer!”
Our place is close to ASU, 15 min from App Ski Mtn. The house has lots of warmth, love and peace in it. My partner Dave and I live here and I have 2 rooms that we rent out. The neighborhood is safe & friendly. There is access at the end of my road to the Greenway, so there is great walking and hiking nearby.
“Expect to feel at home! Jasmine and Dave were very friendly and accommodating, and made us feel truly welcome. They have a beautiful home and yard - perfect for bringing our dog along. The bedroom and bathroom were just as pictured and clean. Would highly recommend and will stay here again for future trips.”
Our garage apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to King St (our main street.) The space is cozy and well appointed - perfect for a couple or small family. The deck is a lovely place to enjoy the beautiful mountain weather.
“The Green Nest is just as described and more. We really enjoyed the kitchen and space. Wonderful place to stay when visiting our student at App State and the town of Boone.”
