Tianyu's place was perfect. This was a room in a shared space but felt like a room in my own home, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Parking out front was easy on the street in a safe neighborhood. Tianyu was very helpful and welcoming host, it was a pleasure to interact with him. Unfortunately, and due to medical reasons, had to leave unexpectedly. Tianyu was kind and concerned, reached out to check on me a few times. Next time in Boston, I’m going back to his place. Thank you Tianyu!

I stayed at the house for 70 days, and it truly felt like home!
The room is relatively large and very cozy.
The furnishings are of good quality and feel new.
Although it’s an old building, it has been beautifully renovated. Bathroom and kitchen are modern and fully equipped.
There were other renters in the house, but it never felt cramped or crowded.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement, and essentials like detergent and dishwasher tablets were always provided.
Big garden and a balcony invited to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house is on the border of the Dorchester, Roxbury, and Grove Hall neighborhoods. While this might be one of Boston’s less affluent areas, there’s no need to feel unsafe at any time of day. The immediate surroundings are beautiful houses with families who are friendly and quiet. The hosting team was responsive and proactive. Whenever there was any issue, the team took it serious. Will keep the hosts i spoke to, Joe and Jocelyn, in good memory!

Anne was very responsive and communicative. She provided all necessary information and had a professional cleaner brought in most weeks. Located right on the 15 and 17 bus lines and a 17 min walk from the red line.
