Monthly Rentals in Providence River

Beautiful location, very clean & quiet. We spent all of our time on the deck enjoying the view. We were also able to walk to a couple of local restaurants which we enjoyed.

I’m a regular visitor to the area and have stayed at Karla’s property a few times now. It’s always spotless, cozy, and really comfortable. The location is great—quiet, safe, and convenient. Karla is a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and consistent every time. I’d absolutely recommend any of her properties to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Warwick area. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
